HCL Technologies — hr not responding and being careless

I really had a very bad experience with hcl technologies, chennai. I was selected by the interview conducted by hcl technlogies at surya sapphire bangalore. I got a call from the hr (Surya from chennai) asking if my bachelors were in regular or distance. She said as it was done at distance mode, she would need to confirm the same and call me back. I have not received her call till now. I have also done 3 years aircraft maintenance engineering after 3 years of diploma in information technology. I travelled from coimbatore to bangalore with my wife and one year daughter. There is no update so far. I have 6 years of experience in software development and 16 years of regular education.
Here is what i did,
1. 10th (Fulltime),
2. Diploma in information technology (3 years fulltime)
3. Aircraft maintenance enginerring (3 years fulltime)
4. Bachelor in information technology (Distance)
In total i have 16 years of regular and full time studies.
