[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — My Service details are incomplete in UAN and Pension is not transferred

Hi

I am facing an issue with my pf transfer, which is due to unsettled pension from HCL trust .

I have worked at HCL from 2010 to 2014,
I did my PF transfer but seems pension transfer wasn’t done and so i am currently facing issues.
On checking the UAN portal i see my basic details are not updated by employer.
Like Service History, Fathers Name, Address.
I am not sure whom to contact so writing out here.
Please help.

Also post HCL i joined 3 different companies and their Service details are updated in a different UAN.

I did raise Grievance and i got this update.
Sir/Madam, You are advised to take transfer from previous service prior to 01/09/2014 to the present PF/EPS account. On verification it is noticed that, you have joined on 20/02/2014 under EPS account No. GNGGN[protected] and the same is not yet settled. Hence, you are advised to apply in Form No. 13 to transfer your EPS accumulation from GNGGN[protected] to the present PF/EPS account. After approval of the same, you are advised to apply in Form NO.13 under BGBNG[protected].
