My Employee id was 51346330.
I have raised PF transfer last year April Month. However the PF amount was not credited to my new PF A/C. After multiple follow ups, my new PF office replied that they have asked the payment invoice and Annexure-K from HIL. But still I didn't know whether HCL got the letter from PF office or they have sent back to PF office or not.
To know that, I have e-mailed PF helpdesk three weeks back but no reply from them. After multiple reminders also no reply from them.
Then I have raised the same question in the Smart Service Desk(Ex-Employees) also. But no response. Here also there is no reply even after two reminders. In FAQ, they said we can escalate if no response provided in 2 days. But I haven't found the escalation option.
I don't know whether PF Helpdesk is working in HCL or not. I thought only government office will be irresponsible. But HCL is also irresponsible. Was this information helpful? |
