I am an ex-employer of hcl and my last month was july-2019. Hcl has not yet sent my form16 for last financial year so that i can proceed with my it returns submission. I have approached their tax team multiple times through their provided email id but i have not even recieved a single mail response. I need my form 16 for financial year[protected] to complete my it returns process.

I have initiated PF Transfer from my previous company (HCL Technologies) to the current company. But the request I have submitted long back ie., in the year 2017..but still the transfer didn't happen. COuld you please check this and let me know

Hi All, My Last date with HCl was 12 Jan 2019, But despite emailing them several times they haven't uploaded nor sent my form 16. Moreover, the Last Communication with HCL was on July 15, with Geeta Ram Bhatt ([protected]@hcl.com) which didn't send me the Form 16 as asked by Radha Krishnan.a from HCl.
