I can't open my ionboard portal, it's showing some error like multiple active records available for the user what should I do now kindly help me this issue

I am facing issue on ionboard portal of HCLTech. I am able to fill only the personal details section, not any other( Accomplishments, Nominations).

Also, not able to log in for BGV documents upload.

Please help me to resolve this.

Hi team,

I am Hari Kumaran M S, from Chennai.
Few days back I had attended interview for HCL technologies.
Also, I received mail from HCL, i-Onboard profile creation and received username and password also.

When I try to login it shows
" Multiple Active records available for user. Please contact recruiter ". I am unable to login. And I am blocked to proceed further.

Please check and update on this issue.
And help to move next step.
