[Resolved] HCL Technologies — pension withdrawal pending since 7 years

Hi all,

I have got my PF amount credited to my account and need further details on how to withdraw my pension account?

I had been following up with pf/pension helpdesk regarding the same & I had been communicated on 11th March 2020 with
subhash.[protected]@hcl.com, suzanna.[protected]@hcl.com, [protected]@hcl.com for a query related to PF/PENSION.
However, in spite of multiple follow-ups neither the pension amount was released, nor did I hear back from pf/pension helpdesk.

I request you all to take necessary action & release the pension amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference -

HCL Technologies Customer Care's response Pension is maintained and settled by Regional PF Office Gurgaon in case of HCLT. You need to raise online request in EPFO portal for pension withdrawal, HCLT has no role in this transaction

Updated by narayan_dhumale Hi HCLT Team, I have raised a complaint regarding this with EPFO Grievance Team, they have requested below details to check further on the same.

EPFP Grievance Team Replay:
"Sir, Your EX-Employer has allocated EPS ac GNGGN/5572/45888 wrt Narayan dhomle and showing contribution of JAN, FEB, and AUG 2013 only.
Please provide 7PS/8PS from HCL Tech for service rendered by you from 09/01/2006 to 30/08/2013 to this office"

My Pension A/c details as per Salary Slip.
