HCL Technologies — pf amount not transferred, required annexure k detail

I am an ex employee of hcl and requested for a pf transfer, its been more than 4 months but it not been transferred yet.

I also need a annexure k detail from hcl pf team.

Below is the acknowledgement i revived 4 months before, after that i haven't got any updates on it.

Following pf transfer request has been successfully "received and is under processing" by the pf team.
