HCL Technologies — PF and Pension query not responding

With respect to the subject line, I am writing this mail to enquire about PF transfer and PS transfer. My name is Sunil Kumar Rudramuni and I worked in HCL technologies from October 9th 2007- August 31st 2009. In this time, PF and Pension amount are deducted from my account .you can find the PF number and PS number as below.:

Emp Number:40189877
PF:HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/140004
Pension number:RPFC-HR/5572/081524

I have two concerns here:
1) I need to have annexure for my pension and PF transfer . This is needed to keep my current Pension account active

2)When I checked in EPFO website, I do not see HCL technology in my service history. I also needed the information on the same.
I request to link the HCL PF account to my current UAN and clean up the process
