I have been doing continues follow-up since mid April to get my PF Service Transfer from the UAN that I had at HCL to the current UAN. My PF was transferred an year ago, but not transferred the service to the new UAN.
HCL Smart Service Desk is not being monitored, [protected]@hcl.com is not being monitored, and the escalation contacts that are coming as auto response are also not being responded.
It is a serious trouble that HCL is giving to their employees with the Provident Fund management and related service. Was this information helpful? |
