HCL Technologies — pf transfer request

Hi,

I have sent so many emails to pf helpdesk regarding my pf transfer and i have requested for the utr number and neft date when the funds has been transferred to rpfc because pf office require these details to complete my transfer request. But i haven't received any response from last 20 days, i believe this is really pathetic that you do not entertain your employee's request and ignoring emails from so long.

This is really urgent for me so can you please help me to get the requested information.
