HCL Technologies — pf withdrawal no response

Hi all,
I'm an ex employee of hcl and it's an issue regrading withdrawal of pf. I have been running behind this more than 3 months and i dint get any response till dated from pf help desk, feel like i'm shouting at walls. I'm writing this mail with my last hope. I have worked for hcl for years and spent day in and day out with hcl and worked hard and now just you don't care of what issue i'm facing now. If ther is any one who can help me please do that. I have sent corrier twice with all essentials and i'm attaching the screen shots of same. Please do the needful
