[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — Pf withdrawal unable to attach documents

Need to withdraw the pf, trying from hcl portal, it's ask to upload documents
I tried attaching Form 15 and 19 later it's not showing whether form is present or not after request no generated.
And Unable to attach cancel cheque, adhar, pan documents since option is greyed out

Need help asap
