HCL Technologies — provident fund withdrawal request

I left hcl in may 2010 and few weeks back i have initiated pf withdrawal request but did not get any update from that, i have been trying to login to hcl separation portal for ex-employees but it identifies me as an active employee, i am getting auto replies on sending emails to given email ids and not getting any status.

Please provide a timeline by when would i be getting my funds in my account, this is my hard earned money and i want it.
