[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — Regarding Annexure K form (PF Pension)

Hello, I raised the request to HCL for providing the Annexure K form for pension transfer, but not getting any response. This is but urgent so kindly help.

"Hello HCL Pf Team, I am the ex employee of HCL Tech (Id :[protected]. Can you please provide Annexure K copy which was not received earlier at the time of PF transfer. Due to this, I am not able to withdraw pension amount.

PF No : HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/232809
Pension No : RPFC-HR/5572/219685

"Please be informed that with reference to the screenshot since your previous company PF has been transferred to present PF account but present employer RPFC has not received the Annexure K copy.

Hence we requesting you to get in touch with previous employer RPFC and get the Annexure K copy of transfer request.

And submit the same with the present PF office."
