I'm also facing same OTP problem.. I left hcl on May 4th.
I sent email to fnfsettlement@hcl.com team but no response received so far.
If anyone's issue resolved, it would be great if u could let me know the same

Whoever facing OTP issue, pls send an email to fnfsettlement@hcl.com and keep chasing with them, they will resolve your issue. In the meantime try to reset your password.

I am also facing same issue as they have now asked me to submit PF related document on HCL separation portal not sure why and I am not able to login.
Any update on this?????

Hi All, I was also facing the same issue. (Was not receiving OTP).
Below was my case but hope it might help others.
When I did password reset, I received the mail with new password but noticed that new password was sent to two email ids (other being my older gmail id which was present in HCL system even though I updated with new one during notice period).
Later when I checked the earlier email id I found that OTP was coming in that email.
In short try resetting your password and when you receive mail just check if any other email id is also present. Thanks.

otp will be in the spam of gmail.
