foreclosure charges and delay in service

I have taken a personal loan (Loan account number: 5134063) from hbd which was given on very high roi, my requirement was only 2.5 but disbursement was of 3, 00, 000 inr. They have deducted insurance amount charges without informing me. It came to know in my acknowledgement when amount disbursed in my account. Hdb people did not take my confirmation prior to disbursement.. I have paid more than 8 emi of that loan and now when i want to close...

Sir, when i applied the file for finance, your bank employee had told me the date date 21, that sir is now telling me 15 dates and sometimes telling 16 dates and talking to me correctly.
