[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — I am not getting OTP through net banking

Hiiiiiiiiiiii,
If i try to add new benificiary through internet banking, i am not getiing otp on my registered mobile number, this problem occured since 3 months, i visited my home branch but they are not able to right answer, what i have to do for the solution, otp is the major problem in hdfc bank.

This is rediculous of hdfc.. the are supposed to give option of receiving otp on either on mobile or email. But they always show mobile option even they have got my email and mobile. I had very big issues because of this when I was abroad and couldn't access mobile. Some stupid person has implemented their otp logic.never faced this issue with ICICI or axis ever. Thinking of closing the account once I return back to india

I am an NRI customer. I am also facing the same problem. I have heard that sometimes they deliberately block the OTP in order to prevent the money going out to other banks. NRI customers beware of HDFC.

I am NRI Customer. I am also facing the same problem. I am trying to send money to other bank's account, but not getting OTP on registered number. Also, When I am trying net banking through on desktop / laptop getting error "tempered data found".

I need help too. I could not transfer money using TPT . I am in the USA and do not get the OTP on the phone. I do receive an OTP to the email but I can’t complete transaction without the Phone OTP.
I cannot receive otp to my us number. They took several days to update mobile number. They registered my office number as mobile number and so on.

This is literal bs.

I am an NRI and today I am facing the same problem as I am not receiving OTP while adding beneficiary. This is totally sucks and not able to do transactions. Even HDFC not notified anything about the issue or outage.
I am not getting OTP on my mobile number, my number is Jio and the number starts with 63, not sure what the problem but quite frustrating experience in first month after my salary. I might have had my salary account in ICICI..Big mistake to have a account in HDFC after my earlier bitter experience in car loan and creditcard. If you have an option please others on top of HDFC bank.
I am also facing the same issue not getting any notifications to my registered mobile number. I am not able to make any online payment coz of this.

Same here, not getting otp in mob, am in Singapore called custcare couple of times they say to change browser n try internet explorer, again same nothing happening getting otp in email but not in mob, a bunch of ### sitting ther deliberately troubling nri’s, going to close the account once am bak in India.
I am getting OTP on my US phone no. but not on email. HDFC might be one of the worst bank to open an account with. Bad Service, bad representatives. Bad eveything.

Similar issue.. not receiving OTP... Customer care is telling me to wait for half-hour... I already waited for about 8 hour... Frustrating..
Even me too have the same problem i have registered my Saudi number on which i used to recevied the otp earlier but now it has been almost 1 week i am not able to receive otp on the same no. also when i call the branch it has automated calling which says that soon you will receive a sms and nothing moves forward...pls help
