i had applied for credit card on 16th june 2014 my referance no. is [protected]S2 still now i didnt get my credit card.. status is still now 'IN PROCESS' i called customer care, they told that i ll get it within 21 days but still now i didnt get my credit card. while applying i was informed that ill get my card within 10-15 days... hdfc bank only know how to do...BADI BADI BAATE......

Myself Anwesha Goswami and i'm a old customer of HDFC Bank but i think i will switch to some other bank because of this..

My last month credit card bill was 16791. I have done a partial payment of 10791, so renmaining balance was 6000.

I calculated finance charges should be around 250, at a rate of 3.25%. but its comes 440 actually.

My husband is working with HDFC bank from the last 3 years, earlier everything was fine but as of now as the new Branch manager comes life becomes hell. He left home in the morning at 8:15 and there is no time of coming back home that can be 10-11-12 in the night, problems didn't end here.
