Online Fund Transfer Failed

Cancel ticket not refunded to my account

Respected Sir/ MadamMy three railway reservation was cancelled, which i have booked through IRCTC website but i haven't received refund amount to not my account, IRCTC says they have refunded to/via hdfcvbvpg. Crappy application & pathetic grievance cell
