I hope you will help me out of this
I have credit card with HDFC bank which is not in use since 3 year, I have tried to block my card previously but they have not blocked and continuously charged me on due amount. My last due was 30k where I have alreday made total minimum payment till now 49, 898 instead of 30, 000 which was my credit limit too. I'm not receiving statment too since one year suddenly they are telling that 70, 000 is due with all charges.
Currently me and my relative are getting call from different numbers but they are not telling that from which collection agency they are telling. Since one week its happening. Recovery agency list is alreday there on HDFC Bank website.
They are calling from [protected], [protected], [protected], in HDFC behalf.
When i am calling back to them nobody is picking call.
I have spoken with bank person they are not responding well and not telling me that who is calling, they are just saying that settle the amount you will not get call, currently I'm not in position to settle the amount now which they are asking.
Looking for quick action, believing you are the best to solve consumer problems

Bank Airoli Branch. When before opening policy daily calls getting, but after opening policy no one picking my call and mail response. Your Representative Mr. Sunil Ahuja Sr. Relationship Officer, HDFC SALES, Vikas Complex, Thane. Tel. No.[protected] Imeet many times, calls & Emails. But still no response.
4 Years over till now I am not received my policy details. Every time I send mail & calls to MR. Sunil Ahuja. This is real . I am very much frustrated.
