I am writing on behalf of my husband Mr Rajat Joshi. He has a salary account with HDFC for the past 6 yrs. We have never used
an HDFC card.
On 1st july 08, salary got credited to his account.We went to withdraw
money on the 4th July went the balance as zero. We contacted the Customer
care on 5th July 08, they advised that this was due to a pending credit
card payment that the account was put on hold.
We told them that there was no credit card used by us & if that was
the case why were we not contacted. There was no answer & we are still
getting a run around for our own hard earned money.
Consequences : Salary account blocked.
Auto loan check bounced ( we had an excellent credit with the bank -
ICICI).
Other checks due by 7th july.
We dont have money for rent.
We dont have money for our daily needs.

Mental harrasment as they have linked someother person's card with our
account.

i am sushant kumar sahoo working at HDFC bank pune -1795 as a branch coex under Branch manager SANTOSH WARIK.my emp code is-78439.i already woking at HDFC for 2 and half months but i dont get my salary yet.its very hard to survive because i dont get atleast my first month salary .

there fore i request you to please send me the detail about it and credit my A/c

    I AM SHAILENDER JAIN A CITIZEN OF NEW DELHI AND A CREDIT CARD([protected]) HOLDER OF HDFC BANK (8 MONTHS) AND HAVING GOOD TRANSACTION WITH PANCTUAL PAYMENT ACC TO BANK POLICY A CREDIT CARDS LIMITS SHOULD BE EXTENDED AFTER 6 MONTHS AND I AM USING IT FROM 8 MONTHS I TALK WITH CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE EXTENSION OF MY LIMITS AND THEY SAID THAT JUST FORWARD YOUR DOCUMENTS TO OUR BANK (WHICH CONTAINS ITR, REQUEST LETER FOR EXTENSION OF LIMIT, PAN CARD XROX)AND I SUBMITED MY DOCUMENTS TWO TIMES, WHEN FIRST I SUBMITED IT FROM FAX ON 6TH JUNE WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT MY DOCUMENTS THEY SAID THAT WE RECIVED IT BUT IT TAKES ATLEAST ONE WEEK FOR TAKING ANY ACTION REGARDING THAT BUT AFTER COMPLETING THAT WEEK WHEN I ASKED THEM ABOUT MY DOCUMENTS THEY ALL SAID THAT YOUR DOCUMENTS WERE NOT OK SO ONMLY WE DIDNT SEND IT FOR THE FURTHER CHANGE SO I THOUGHT THAT MAY BE IT WAS MY MISTAKE THEN AGAIN WHEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN THEY ASK FOR DOCUMENTS AND SAID TO DROP IT IN THE DROP BOX OF HDFC BANK AND I DONE AS I DROP MY COMPLETE DOCUMENTS IN THE DROP BOX AND THEN WHEN I CALLED THEM AFTER 14 -15 DAYS THEY ALL SAID THAT YOUR DOCUMENTS ARE NOT YET RECIVED YET AND I ALSO TOLD THEM THAT I DROP THEM BEFORE 15 DAYS BACK INSTEAD OF THAT HE WAS TELLING LIKE THIS AND REFUSED THAT THEY DIDNT RECIVED ANY KIND OF DOCUMENTS FROM YOUR SIDE YET AND NOW IF SOME ONE IS GONE MISUSE THAT DOCUMENTS THEN WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT ?

    Hi I am ratan Tarafdar, Past 3 years a loyal customer of HDFC Credit Card devision. I am a spinal injury patient cannot walk nor sit nor stand. Associates of hDFC credit card are entering wrong date of birth and harrising me always from the month of Feb2009. in the month of Feb I have done all the formalities for the change of my date of birth, but again they have made a mistake.

    Today 25th May 09 again I called to HDFC credit card customer care division at 12:27 I asked them why is it happning to me they replied that it is happning to many of them. Now tell me what this means?

      Hey,

      I have a complaint regarding the Credit Card# 2050 I have been getting calls from the bank to pay the settlement amount & I have been asking them to send me the charge slips for the amoutn of transactions I have done. I have already paid them above Rs 14000 for settlement and they are still asking for more and now what they have done the outstanding on the account is Rs. 47000 ( approx) as they say that you have not paid the amount for the last 3 years and no one wants to listen and they are kind of harrasing me and also put my Salary on hold which I got paid from my company. The collection guy calls and starts abusing and does nto want to listen also and he has been insisting pay the entire amount or else we will not release your salary.

      I want to know the rules of the banking account and how can someone just put a hold on the salary.Please get me out of this and I am ready to settle the amount.

      we are not defaulters, but due to urgent requirement(medical ground), we had borrow some amount
      from your sideon installment basis. Against that we had pay to much amount (some day's before
      we goted sms - [protected], total due amt Rs 52, 537/-). Against that we had transfer Rs. 53000/- through ATM . After that we requested @ call centre, please settele my accout( Regarding 3 months back ur executive called me you had deposit min. amt. that time I requested Please do favour and
      settle my account then he told us, just I forwarded your request for settlement for my back office.),
      again some other guy's called me and misbehaved(abusing).

      Leads me to pay more charges like late payments and over due amount charges on outstanding amount
      I have complaint several times on call center, but all my requests goes in vein.

      I request you to kindly look in to the matter, following are the irregularities

      1. Deliver setteled statements of account(Current Status).

      2. Detailed account statement.

        Hi,

        Wanted to tell you about a issue which I am having with HDFC Bank credit card division bearing card#[protected]. The bank claims that I have outstanding of Rs 47000 (Approx). I have cleared all the funds as per the last payment made to them in the month of December 2004. After 3 years they have come back saying that you still have a outstanding and charging me with this amount which they have no clarity on and they say it is the interest charge. I have asked them to show me the charge slips for the transsactions I have made and they are not even giving that to me as they dont have it. They have put my account balance on hold for the savings account # [protected]...Over and above the guy in Hyderabad is so arrogant that he does not know how to speak and used foul language twice. If this is the way to recover money from someone then I think we are not safe in our own country.

          Credit Card — Wrong Commitment

          Hi,

          This is Rajan Kohli I had a complaint against your Collection Agent as He has committed me the waiver of late payment charges.

          In the month of apr I requested him if he can get the late payment charges reversed he committed me the waiver of 1400/- and has taken the payment as ( min due -1400) and in the month of May when the waiver was not there I called him and had a check and he said he has missed it somehow and this he will be raising the waiver along with the current month charges(i.e 2000) and again has taken the payment as (min due - 2000) and again I receive the statement and no adjustements are there, then I got a complaint logged with customer care(MY BIGGEST MISTAKE) I logged the complaint on 27- May and after that I received not even a single call on the issue, in the meanwhile I was getting continuous calls from your collection people and I had asked them to update the details on my complaint as I do not have any update.

          Now today I called your customer care for the update on the complaints and came to know that the complaint was closed on 28th without taking any confirmation from the customer even collection people (HSBC Mumbai) has not updated that the complaint is closed.

          When I asked them why there were no confirmation taken or why I have not been updated on the complaint, they say I have to call then and check they will not call us, I am afraid if this is HSBC Customer Care.

          Now I am asking for the waiver of 2000/-(Previous commitment) and 1300/- New late payment and Overdue charges.

          So, This is to request you please go through the same and provide me the necessary waiver so that I can make further payments.

          To bring in ur knowledge if i would have been informed by ur CC that they are not going to reverse the same on time I should have written it to u much earlier to get the same resolved, as delay fom their side has again let the payment not made on time.

          Please update at the earliest to get the issue resolved so that I can get the payment made.

          Also I will be surrendering the card looking at the service.

          I want to bring to your kind notice the following point.
          1. I have used freedom card to your bank no.[protected] last three years.
          2. Your bank has provided me a loan of Rs. 1, 50, 000.00 agaianst my card due see my previous record in the month of Jan. 2008 and I have paid Rs. 4723.oo per month as a installment regulary (you can see my record).
          3. In the first week of Oct. 2008 I have received call from your Delhi/Gurgaon office for payment of monthly installment. I request her that I want to deposit all the amount and how much amount will be deposited. She asked me you can deposited 1, 22, 500/-for full and final payment. She has deputed her representative from local Jalandhar office and he collect the amount.

          4. I have given Cheque of Rs. 122, 500.00 of Std Chartarard Bank no. 56293 which was cleared on 14.10.2008.

          5. In the month of Nov.2008 I have demanded for no. dues in your customer care. They Have inform me that you can deposited Rs. 14000/- App. then we have issue the NOC.

          6. In the First week of DEC. they demanded Rs. App. 17000/- and Now they have demanded Rs. 19000/- App.

          7. I have already write a letter to your office and email to cardservice but they have not solve my problem

          Sir, I have requested you that please see this matter if I Paid all the amount i.e. 1, 22, 500.00 in the month of Oct. why they demanded Rs. 19000/-

            Credit card fraud.
            Hi,

            I am anuj Sonker from Delhi.I have never found a fraudulant bank like HDFC.Bank agent used to stand infront of our office and always try to push credit card and they do it untill u get one. Likewise I got my card and they use to chrge interest inspite of paying dues in time. After sometime thay called me up and said they will send their agent to collect my dues but that agent did not turn up. Now I had to go mumbai for 6 months and by the time they did lots of harresment to my family even threatened to kill them. I called them up and asked to sattle the account and they agreed buit never turned up to collect the money. Once I trensferred money to HDFC bank and they widrawn money from my account without my knowledge. The Recovery agent Mr. Vishal still calling ( Act as A.K. Chaudhary-[protected]) at my home and abusing my mother and yonger sister. when i talked to him he was also abusing me and giving me warnig of killing to me when i go to infront of him. They charged me 97000 while my outstanding was only 54807. I am Not able to make payment in one shot i request him please convert this much amount in instalment and take PDC from me but he is saying no "you have to pay in one shot.

            I would like to file a compaint with consumer court Against Vishal-[protected]. Can anyone help me on this?

WHICH YOU HAVE GIVEN ABOVE AND BE TRANSPARENT TO THE COPS, REST WILL BE TAKEN CARE BY THEM WHETHER IT BE A.K.CHAUDHARY OR VISHAL OR ANYBODY.ONE MORE THING ANUJ DON'T PAY THEM ANYTHING, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GO TO THE COPS THEN CALL THE HDFC BANK CUSTOMER CARE HELPLINE AND TELL THEM I WANT TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN AMOUNT LESS THEN THE TOTAL AMOUNT MAY BE 40-45%LESS AND THAT TOO IN EMI'S ACC.             "Transfer cases of civil disputes to High Court" K.T. Sangameswaran
            CHENNAI: The Madras High Court on Thursday directed the Registry to withdraw cases all over the State involving disputes of civil nature in which magistrates have ordered police investigation, call for the records and transfer them to the High Court.
            Passing further orders on two criminal original petitions, Justice R. Regupathi said the Registry should place the entire material and particulars before the Chief Justice for orders for an enquiry in those matters. Further proceedings of all those cases pending with the magistrates concerned were stayed till the disposal of the proceedings by the court.
            The judge said all records, including vigilance reports, might be placed before the Chief Justice for taking appropriate departmental action against the magistrates, in particular III, X, XVII and XVIII Metropolitan Magistrates, Chennai, and Judicial Magistrate-III, Coimbatore and Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.
            The DGP was directed to instruct police officers who had received orders from the magistrates in such cases under section 156 (3) of the Cr.P.C and the Station House Officers (SHOs) who had entertained similar complaints in the name of "petition enquiry" to obtain opinion from the Director-General/Additional Director-General of Prosecution/Assistant Public Prosecutors and to file interim/final reports before the jurisdiction magistrates within two weeks. The DGP should file compliance report in three weeks.
            Earlier, Justice Regupathi had directed the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court, to collect statistics of private complaints relating to credit cards, personal loans, housing loans, hire-purchase loans and default in payment of instalments and cases under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, wherein orders for police investigation were passed by magistrates. Accordingly, the Registrar submitted a report.
            The judge said the huge number of cases entertained by the six magistrates was quite alarming.
            Mr. Justice Regupathi said some judicial magistrates, in collusion with complainant bankers/financial institutions, were entertaining complaints relating to matters of civil nature and passed orders, under section 156 (3) of the Cr.P.C., for police investigation to the undue benefit of financial institutions. In some instances, they were entertaining similar complaints under section 200 of the Cr.P.C.
            Vigilance inquiries were conducted, and the complaints entertained were quashed by the High Court. Despite the High Court's reaction and repeated directives to judicial magistrates not to refer matters of civil nature for police investigation, it had come to light that such trend was still in vogue.

              Misplacement of cheques issued by ICICI.
              Please be informed that bond holder no.0507051 warrant no.783987 Dt.march 22, 2004 for Rs.20.000 got encashed four years back by HDFC bank, Hazaratganj branch, Lucknow and I had provided full detail of itvide my letter Dt.April 30, 2008 after taking all details and photocopy of cheques which bears seal of HDFC bank Hazaratganjand showing clearance on account no.[protected] which is mentioned on the cheque too.Incidently this is closed account and where money has gone is untraceable till date.Another cheque bond holder no.0507051 warrant no.283987 Dt.August 30, 2004 for Rs.2221/-also showing encashedin the same account no.[protected].Surprisingly, this account was closed before 2003 after merger of Timesbank into hdfc bank.I have not been informed by bank and this money is with bank only and certainly it is not expected with bank which has good reputation nationwide.I have provided photocopy of cheques to bank and Mr.Ajai Tewari and Ms.Shyamili is looking after this matter and till now could not find where money is.Kindly help me in getting this money realised with interest till date.

                A hdfc executive called me to offer smartpay card and had assured me that before paying any bill I will be sent an sms for the confirmation whether it should be paid or no. On June 12 2008 I was directly charged for mobile [protected], without my goahead. On june 13 2008 I faxed a letter to the bank to cancel all my smartpay facility since I was cheated, I called up the bank asking whether they received the fax and they said yes and assured me that I won't be charged any further. On june 30 2008 I logged to my credit card account and was shocked to see that I was charged 10, 000 for two mobile numbers. I called the bank to check and they said that since the letter which I faxed on June 13 was not signed they have charged, I ask why didn't they informed me the same when they confirmed that they received the fax that therew is no signature. Why was assured I won't be charged anymore?
                2. Why wasn't I told on that day itself (13th June 2008) that my letter was not signed?
                3. when your executive called me to offer the smartpay, she had assured me that before any bill is charged a confirmation will be taken from me which never happened.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I am holding
                  HDFC Credit Card: [protected]
                  which I am not using since February and I have called to your Customer Care to cancel. Moreover, some amount is pending because I have paid the amount told by your customer care executive on duty, becuase I am not able to receive the bills on time, may be because of area or closed house etc. issues.

                  I also called about the 1 time settlement, but I can't understand everytime the amount is being increased, and has become almost double then the actual amount.

                  You can check my past record with the deals on the same credit card.

                  Why should I do such mistake and to pay more amount ?

                  I am quite surprised that no ONLINE CANCELLATION FACILITY is not available on your website. Because, your executives take so many follow ups and requests to get the Credit Card but no clarification about the meanings like (1) max. 50 Days limit (2) Surcharges (monthwise delay charges) (3) Cancellation procedure (4) Usage of card and benefits of reward points (5) Fuel surcharges etc. You take proofs and signature at the end of the form. Your executives not even provide time to read the terms in details.

                  This is my sincere request to immideately cancel my HDFC Bank (Value Plus) Credit Card Account No. : [protected]
                  on very urgent bases.

                  Also let me know the original amount (after taking back the additional charges) which should be paid from my side.

                  Regarding Value Plus Credit Card -

                  Do you provide reward point on any shopping if yes then how can i see my obtained point?
                  As well as i have a petro card and i think according to your scheme, will get 2.5/5% (not sure) discount on filling up fuel but you have charged some extra from fuel charges instead of giving some discount.

                  So please let me update on my queries.

                    Dear Mr. Onkar NAth Mishra,

                    We are a Old customer of HDFC and we got two CREDIT CARDS in my name as well as in my wife's name. It is very unfortunate from your collection department that the person Mr. VISHAL is calling plenty of time and presurising us to deposite the amount as per his call we had deposited the amount in both the cards as it very difficult for us as for last 4-5 months we are in financial crunch. But somehow we are managing to make the payments as we have to do it coz its my liablity.
                    Its a very serious ISSUE THAT VISHAL IS CALLING ON ALL THE NUMBERS AND YESTERDAY I WAS IN THE MEETING WITH THE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION AND I RECIEVED PLENTY OF MISSED CALLS FROM HIS NUMBER TODAY HE CALLED IN MY SONS NUMBER AND ASKING HIM AGAIN FOR THE PAYMENT AND WAS TALKING IN A VERY HARSH LANGUAGE.
                    Kindly look in the matter its very serious issue if your persons are working as a MONEY LENDERS.
                    I need you to look in the matter personally and ask your collection dept. to be soft and kind to others else it will apoil the image of the BRAND. You should also see the personal problems of your customers also.

                    I hope this complaint will be taken as a VERY SERIOUS ISSUE AND TAKEN THE ACTION AGAINST THE PERSON WHO IS DOING THE CALLS LIKE THIS.

                      This is with reference to my withdrawal done on 5th may 2008. I went to HDFC ATM in shere punjab, as we had a function in my house i had to withdraw 27000 thousand rupees from my account number [protected],
                      1. I punched the amount Rs 2000 and money was dispensed bearing transaction number 3443, with balance remaining in my account Rs 58907
                      2. then i had punched Rs 20000 and received the money with balance remaining in my account Rs 38907 transaction no 3444
                      3.Third transaction, i punched Rs 5000, MONEY WAS NOT DISPENSED to me and a blank receipt was generated with depleted balance of Rs 33907 towards transaction number 3445, (as you can see in the receipt) which was over looked by me
                      4. I again punched Rs 5000 and money was dispensed with Balance 28907/-  remained in my account for which transaction number is 3446.
                      To My shock when i opened my mail box i got a mail from CITI stating my ECS of Rs 13163.16  declined after checking my account i was astonished to see the Debit of Rs 5000/- again. Now to the best i can do, I had attached the ATM slips dispensed by HDFC bank, (thanks God, i have not thrown the receipt, Which i normally do)

                      I had mailed CITI-Bank with all the ATM Slip Scannedand the reply from CITI was

                      This is with reference to your e-mail dated June 16, 2008 addressed to Head Customer Care.
                       
                      We would like to express our deep sense of regret for the feeling of dissatisfaction you have  been left  with.

                      Further when it was not resolved i mailed to Aditya Puri and there was the reply from Rajeeb Chatterjee

                      Dear Mr Sheikh,

                      We have once again checked the transactions that you did at our ATMs and have concluded that requested Cash was dispensed to you for these transactions .

                      From our side we have sent necessary confirmation and supportings to Citibank . You may please take up the matter with them for any further clarification .

                        I had a HDFC credit card and there was o/s of 15000RS 18 months back. There was one gentleman Mr. Ratna Deep Gupta visited my place and i told him each and every nuisances about the case. He agreed that you will sent me a mail and i will settle the amount asap (becz the issue is at HDFC end). I forwarded him couple of mails and called him up but there was no reply from him.

                        Suddenly one day, they sent four goons to my house and they threat my parents and try to hamper my image (in front of whole area). They shouted, like i am a person who ran away with their money. They tried to impact my creditability and my Image. This is not at all acceptable.

                        After few days, they started calling on My mobile/landline nos. on a daily basis and using unprofessional and unparliamentary language. When we are asking them not to use cheap lang, they are giving us life threat.

                        We had sent so many communications to HDFC/Ombudperson but not getting any reply from HDFC but still they are still calling me and giving me life threat / unprofessional and unparliamentary language.

                        They had put a lien of my account and when i am asking for letter/communication/statement, they are not providing to me.

                        I am in a Mental Trauma, hypertension and understress..

                        For the last 18 months, i am trying to resolve the issue but they showing unprofessionallism.

We mostly have foreign customers.In front of them we are feeling ashamed when they give credit card and when we have to say sorry.They ask which is the bank we say it's noneelse hdfc only. The machine has not working from last few months.I contacted ernakulam branch starting they said they will find solution in few hours after three days when i contacted i got reply is it will take atleast one week. When i asked for complaint no. after a long time they gave me that is 010 .

                            Sir / madam,

                            I have a saving account with Centurion Bank of Punjab since 2004, I had two problems with the bank which is not consideration to my repeated email and written complaints.

                            First one, I have changed my mobile number one & half year before and requested the Melvisharam bank for up-gradation of my mobile banking to my new number. I'm complaining this for the past 18 months and no actions were taken related to this.

                            The second one is my online banking for money transaction is blocked since the newly up-gradated service of CBOP, again, I mailed to the branch manager and he is telling he is not responsible for this and gave a written complaint on 24th April 2008. So far no action were taken to solve my case.

                            I just seen your online consumer complaints and believe in confidence that your intervene will assist me from this deaf eared bank.

                              HI, THIS IS MUKESH, IS HAVE BEEN USING HDFC VALUE PLUS CREDIT CARD FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS, I DO NOT GET THE STATEMENTS ON TIME INSPITE OF CALLING UP THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT, WHEN I CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. I GOT THE INFO OF MY BILL N I WAS SAID THAT THE MINIMUM AMT. I HAVE TO PAY IS 680 APPROX. SO I MADE THE PAYMENT THROUGH ATM OF Rs 1000, AND NOW I HAVE RECIEVED A BILL FORM THEM, AND THE BILL NOT ONLY INCLUDES LATE FEES, AND A PURCHARE OF Rs 3, 800 WICH I NEVER DID I HAVE A DISPUTED THE AMT. BUT I DIDNT GOT ANY REVERT TILL NOW... JUST HOPING TO GET A REVET SOON OR PLANNING TO CANCELL THE CARD...GOOD CO-OPERATION BY THE CALL CENTER DEPT.

                              It is so frustrating to see that despite requesting you'll to fix an issue which was created by you all, my credit card bill shows a finance charge.

                              I have been paying bill in full without a fail.You guys created mess after March 09..& I have been penalised for the same..It seems that there is no resolution coming out.

                              You have issued reversed the finance charges, service charges & at same time your charging the same ..declaring transtion to nill.ultimatly only reversing 654.67 Rs...and then surpisingly you are charging a finance charge if Rs-445

                                I am holding a hdfc credit card and its limit was Rs 45, 000 and I have asked to enhance into Rs.1 lac .And they have changed my card to golden categuory and was told that it i enchanced and can start using the card.And iI used it upto RS68, 000 and when their statement came i have charged Rs.2000 odd as excess limit finance charges . I am sure i am not going to pay that excess charges .

                                  i steped into hdfc ATM within bank premise (address: #548/D, Maruthi Mansion, CMH Road, 1st Stage
                                  Indira Nagar, Bangalore - 560038) to withdraw mini statement i was amazed as wel as disappointed to notice that for my previous withdrawal frm centurion bank ATM which is now under hdfc is deducting charges for cash withdrwal ..

                                  i requested the guard(1 usually found seated at ATM) to provide me the wireless toll free equipment to let me clarify this with cx care. .1 guard(probably senior) standing nearby stepped-in & he rudely denied saying "u r late" its possible only till 3:30pm.. . I asked his name. he says "P K GIRI" now this guard was having gud mery-making time resting himself on railing, "no name" visible on his uniform, (no way i can verify his name) "no id card on chest" same scene is prevalent at ATM doorstep till the date of typing this msg!

                                  one gentlemen provided me cx numbers & infornt of guard i called cx care.. executive named Usha picked-up she provided satisfactory clarification including that 'all communication with the bank n frm within the bank is possible only till 3:30pm(mon-fri) n 1:30(sat)'
                                  now I conveyed abt the attitude of the guard . . .to register my complaint she insisted to verify his identity "now comes the trouble" since guard is aware that im complaining for his rude behavior he is no mood to provide his emp id . .rather he yelled at me in public, arrogantly shouted at me saying "I DONT HAVE ANY EMP ID"

                                  cx care executive on the other end overheard the entire conversation n registered the complaint against his uncivilized behavior

                                  but the guard is still hanging on at the same ATM with similar vibes. . i longer wish to step-in.. it clearly suggests that the bank management doesn't hav any room for customer's dignity

                                  today I visited bank, yet again, I found the guard who misbehaved with me has made a point to stare at me on my visits .. not his fault may be coz he hail from slums.. .I feel sorry about the authority within the bank who fail to initiate action despite my complaint & subsequent calls to cx care to inquire about my complain status (I didnt received any cal/mail frm cx regarding my complain resolution)

                                  On a cal made today(27/6 at 6:20pm) cx care executive admitted that my "feedback" not "complaint" would be forwarded to my home branch i.e, Aliganj in Lucknow, which will further take up this issue with Indiranagar branch in bangalore . .isn't it cool :) reason provided: "since I am cx of AliganjBranch, Lucknow" unfortunately till today I was under impression that I'm cx of HDFC Bank :(
                                  We Manjunath & Sadiq booked for a Dio Bike on 9th July 2008 in Cityhonda, St.Marks Rd, Branch, B'lore. one Mr.Karthik from HDFC Bank was following regarding my loan & i made my down payment & all my cheques also given to him on 22nd July 2008, when i booked on 9th they said you will get the loan by 3days but today is 31st July & i received a compliant from Mr.Saravanan Murthy (D.S.T Manager) Cityhonda St.Marks Rd, Branch, B'lore stating that my loan payment is still not released from HDFC Bank & they don’t know the reason why.

                                  I seriously don’t understand why you people are making so delay. If the problem is with your Executive Mr.Karthik means bloody [censored] off such staffs from your Bank or if the problem is with Bank I don’t need such service at all. Please cancel my loan and give back my down payment Amount what ever I paid. I never expected such service from your HDFC Bank. I am an Admin of Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd. We had a plan to open a Salary edge Account for Staffs of Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd But after seeing such service from your side I don’t need the Loan or any service from HDFC. This compliant is sent to all Pvt Bank’s of Bangalore all Branches.

                                  I have taken Loan from HDFC for SAP Certification of 170000 whcih had been issued to me in January 2008. But due to some resion I did 'nt attend that Certification and contected to HDFC for close this in April March 2008(Date -19th March 2008) that time HDFC Person told me that I did cant close that Loan before 6 month and I had to paid all six EMI.
                                  Now in Present condition i had Paid all six EMI properly and want to close this loan with returning this CHEQUE for this I contected so many persons of HDFC but nobody replied me properlly and they dont have have propen answer to close this loan with returning my cheqe (That was issued by HDFC to me ).
                                  i contect MAMATA in chandigarh, Ayesha in DELHI, Sandep in Jaipur, Nobody has proper answer .

                                  Before 7 days i had sent a mail to HDFC Regarding this issue . No i am finally giving a warning to HDFC.
                                  Close this Loan and stop the ECS Deduction otherwise within 7 days I will file a complain in COURT regarding this issue

                                    Not providing loose check leafs

                                    I have applied for the check book with HDFC banks online portal and that showed me that it would take 4 days to get the check book, now when I called their customer service and they are telling me that it would take 7 working days. I need 5 checks urgently when I approached the bank they are telling me that they could not provide any loose leafs and the check book will take 7 working days, I am getting loses in my business....

                                    I had applied for HDFC bank credit card after some executive from bank visited our office. I specifically asked that officer, whether this is life time free card, he said YES. I applied for card and after 15-20 days, I got the card containing one credit card and another MINI card. I kept both the things aside. On 18th June 2008, I got bill for rs. 111.23. I approached ms geetanjali at their Jaipur office and Ms Bhavna at Delhi and lodged the complaint, they have also confirmed that this is wrong from bank side and the same shall be cancelled. As this is second cheat from HDFC bank, I streight forward requested them the tell me the procedure to cancel these two cards. As per them, I am destroying these two cards and submitting to your chennai address. Please cancel the same and confirm to me within 15 days i.e. by 5th July2008 that you have cancelled the same.

                                    I am YogeshKumar Shukla From Amreli (Gujrat), I have hdfcbank visagold credit card at least one year. during this time I tranject only Shree Krishna trading co. Ahmedabad, but some unauthorise use could have been used my cards through internet so I have lost atleast 20 thousand indian Rs. I Acomplain submitted by me at Ahmedabad Office through post and At chennai Office via email sinse tow months ago but still no proper reply by bank authority and bank never speak about my lost money so now what can I do please tell me my mob no is [protected]

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am Sarfaraz Inamdar having saving account ([protected]) in your bank also Credit Card ([protected]) Link with the above account no.

                                      My query is on 17/06/2008 I had called up on the credit customer service no.[protected] on the other side Mr. Umar has picked up the phone. I tell him I had Rs 12000/- as Cash Credit limit in my credit card as on date If i withdraw Rs. 10000/- from it then what are the charges has to be applicable for me.

                                      After listening to my query he had suggest me to go for the COC (Cash on Call) system of HDFC Bank on credit card, I agreed what explanation given by him on COC and I told him that I go for the same for Rs. 10000/- but at the same time I had enquired him about the billing cycle of my credit card which is on 18/06/2008, I also enquired him that if I had take COC today (i.e. 17/06/2008) then it’s EMI I had to pay on 8th of July 2008 (because my billing cycle is 18/06/2008) then I would not agreed for today and I’ll call you on 19/06/2008 but he told me that no sir the EMI would be reflect on your August statement (i.e the date of EMI is 8th August, 2008 for confirmation please you can check your recording system).

                                      Now the matter is when I had download the June’s statement to pay my dues (Actual Amt Rs. 3394/-) the statement reflect the dues is Rs. 4270.12 which included the EMI of COC which has to be actually reflect on July’s statement.

                                      Also the statement shows the EMI, Processing Fees and Service Tax deduction date 19/06/2008, which I didn’t get.

                                      Regarding the above I had contact with your 3 customer executive, details of calling date, executive name and the complaint no. given by them is below.

                                      i have hdfc credit card number [protected] .we already send u a massage regarding the payment, till date i don't receive the bill of these payment .
                                      you already hold my hdfc saving account with out inform me .i m ready to pay these amount in installment only .if i m not interested to pay these bill, why i deposit my amount in the hdfc bank.
                                      u dont have any right to hold my account . i[censored] r interested in sattilment please revert the mail otherwise we will meet in consumer court .
