Hi Sir, I used my HDFC Credit card to withdraw Rs.10000/- at SBI ATM Machine (RLY STN, SOMNA) debited even though I did not get the cash and despite the message (Sorry unable to process) I have already complaint with HDFC helpline on 03/10/14 at time 10:20AM and request to credit the said amount into my account. I am sending ATM SLIP PHOTOS. Please find my attached file for reference. Please resolve this issue urgently.     Dear sir, I was visited at your atm of Model colony branch, pune and Guard Not telling me about time to Start atm machine again, as guard says Iss-SDB fullfilling cash in machine, time was 7 Pm date 13oct 2014 and after 1hour again guard said that no idea about time to start atm.many customers Was going on icici bank atm due to hdfc not working, very good services.       HDFC CREDIT CARD is totally Unsecured : I have set a pin for my credit card in HDFC atm as instruction by HDFC customer care but the pin is not at all working at the time of swapping or any transaction . I was under impression of that my card was protected with PIN but when I swapped it for a big amount it was not asking for any PIN . Later on I have informed HDFC for the thing happened but I was totally disappointing the way they respond, I was told by their supervisor that the PIN get expire if its not use for two to three months . Instead of any proper solution I was asked to upgrade the card . HDFC always sending payment reminder to their customer if getting delay But they are not at all serious to inform customer about Chip and PIN based credit card . This is totally disappointing Security and Customer service provides by HDFC bank .

        I had closed my HDFC bank account ([protected], MAGARPATTA ­ PUNE) few months ago. That time I was told that as I'm closing my account before march end, there is interest of Rs. 504 which I couldn't receive that time, but DD/check of 504 will be transferred to my address. But still I didn't receive any DD/check. I went the branch 3-4 times after that. Every time the tell me that, I will get the DD/check of 504 Rs in few days.           Dear Sir, I have account on Indra Gandhi statue Hdfc Branch in Pondicherry. Due to emergency I tried to deposit on 45 feet road branch in Pondicherry, but the Teller (shalini Rajendran) forced me to deposit the amount in my Account Branch, but finally she agreed to deposit.               HDFC general insurance involving in cheap tricks to get customers. After paying the full price of policy they have reduced the validiyt from 12 month to 10 months to suit them. There was no confirmation given before doing this. Its shameful for company of such repute to involve in such cheap sales tricks. DO NOT BUY POLICY FROM THEM AND BE ANOTHER SUFFERING CUSTOMER.

                I have done online shopping of 15000 on flipkart, and before doing it I have called at HDFC CC regarding the offer of 5% because somewhere I have read that they are giving cashback on snapeal only . So that I have called them and asked them regarding 5% cashback, and he said me yes that I wll be given 5%, so I have done online shopping on flipkart only . And now today I called them, they were just like " hum ne to ye bolo hi nhi tha ", "ye offer to sirf snapdeal pe tha " and all that crap . I have asked them to check my voice recording of call but the customer care executive, named POONAM, denied it saying " hum log voice record nhi karte, only points mention karte hai aur apne jo call kia tha usme aapne snapdeal ka pucha tha flipkart ka nhi " what is this man !!! They are just making us fool. I had make it clear with CC 2 times regarding cashback on flipkart, I have called them on 29th regarding it and in that call I have 2times asked their CC executive and he said me yes for cashback, now they are not ready to give me my cashback. help me with this. attaching the email with this, which I have sent to them regarding todays incident. thanks.

                  Dear Sir, I had taken loan from Centurian Bank and HDFC Bank back in 2006 & 2007 in Jamngar. Consuquent upon of long leave after that period and my transfer from Jamnagar to Kolkata in 2009, I was not able to pay the loan in total. Honestyly I tried to pay the loan in 2008 but by the time there was merger of both banks and I stayed for 4 days, but bank could not trace the files. I came to kolkata in 2009. In may this year 2014, I started getting calls from [protected], for loan repayment. First of all they pressed me for settlement of Centurion Bank loan. When I said to give some time, they started calling on my office numbers abusing each of my colleagues. Even they did not spare my head of office, Director. To save myself for the harassment I paid 90, 000/- on 20/6/2014. after one month they again called to repay the loan of HDFC Bank, settling the amount at 36, 200/-. Again they pressed me to deposit any amount till 25 Augst and I deposited 10, 000/- . In the month of September 2014 m they raised the rest amount by 5000/- and get me promised to pay the amount till 25 of the september. My mother was ill and I was away from the office and when they did not find my number as I had lost the cell phone on the way to my home town, they again started abusing office colleagues accusing them that they were lyeing, abused my higher officials .                       Sir my name is Ravi Chaudhary in the year 2012 at HDFC Bank, Mundra Gujarat branch one of there officer issued me one HDFC LIFE INSUARNCE POLICY with a premium of Rs.25000/- per year for 5 years telling me that i will get Rs.320000 at the time of maturity, but when i came back to my native place Kota(Raj.) and visited there office to pay my next premium i came to know that i will only get Rs.125000/- at time of maturity then i stopped paying the premium.Latter last year i received a call from HDFC life Jaipur office they will addject my old policy premium amount into the new police if i will do 2 policies of Rs.25000 Each for 5 years and i will get Rs.520000/- for each policy at the time of maturity and finaly i paid Rs50000/- to HDFC LIFE last year, but again i found that it was a fraud and misselling.This time i visited there kota office and was very much sirprised that these policies are for 10years and maturity amount is only Rs.175000 for each.                           Dear Sir, This is to bring in to your notice that on 4th October around 6 pm bill of my Vodafone no [protected] has been paid directly from my credit card even when my card is not linked and ecs service has not been activated and i have not initiated the payment still the payment has been received by Vodafone . I came to know about this when i received the below mentioned message"We have received pymt of Rs.1844.5 for your number [protected].Your outstanding amount now is Rs.0.Dial *111# (toll free) or 1111(toll free) for Payment, unbilled amnt & Credit limit info." When i received message i called hdfc credit card customer care center and informed then to decline this payment as this is not done by me and i have no prior information nor i have activated any services to pay directly. Customer care executive assured me that my money will be back and this payment will decline as it is under process . But to my dismay i received one more message on 5th october, 2014 that payment has been deducted by hdfc bank credit card to pay your smartpay bill for the amount Rs 1844.5 . I called them immediately and asked them to decline it . But they refused this time saying it has already been deducted and added to my monthly bill. When i check with them who gave them instruction for smartpay they informed me they have no details with them and they have to check with departments . . They also informed me that vodafone themselves has shared my bill with them that's why they have paid. Both the companies HDFC & VODAFONE starts blaming each other but nobody resolved my matter & problem .Till today i have received no information / No mail/ no message from HDFC to clear situation Kindly take action against HDFC Credit card . I am eligible for money back this year (11 Sept 2014 as due date) and have submitted all my documents on time . But I did not receive any cash back yet i.e. Around one month after due date. Please help me understand the delay and process my moneyback immediately along with Penalty.                               It’s been approx. one month since I made online application for a new credit card. Following which your executive Chandu called from Ranigunj, Secunderabad branch to collect all the requisite documents and process the application. I’ve provided each and every document that was asked. I had even offered to provide address proof but Chandu informed that is not mandatory. Thereafter, I’ve waited for 2-3 weeks with no information and only after several follow-ups (with Chandu and Kiran Kumar who collected the documents) and inquiries with the call center I was told that the application is ‘On hold’ for no address proof. I again reached out to Chandu and he informed me that this is a new process and that address proof documents are now mandatory. On knowing this I immediately arranged address proof documents on the same day of 25-Sep and it was again collected by Kiran Kumar from me. It’s been ~2 weeks now and when I inquired with the call center today I was shocked to hear that the application is rejected without any information nor valid reason. I’m now worried that the documents collected from me are for reasons other than credit card processing. Hence, I’m not interested any more in getting my credit card processed but instruct your team to return all my original documents with a declaration that none of the information would be used for purposes other than credit card processing for which they were originally collected from me.                                   I have an account in HDFC BANK and I have transferred Rs 21, 220/- using IMPS on 30th Sep 2014 at 10.25PM to my brother at SBI Odisha. The IMPS Ref Number[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message that it timed out and status shows in my Netbanking as Transaction Initiated. I have contacted you same day on 30th September . Please do need full URGENTLY .
