i have order sauna steam bath, kawachi product, product come to my clinic with no warranty card or nothing, that steamer is faulty, 5they tell me to pay 4500 cash on delivery, as i called them to complain they told me we can not replace, as pre viousally they written 100 percent warranty and one week cash back replace, from that steamer electric current is passing and that packed was unsealed..how they making fool to pepole.they have to paY FOR THIS.i will advice to ppl dont take any product from telesky delhi

I ordered products from tvtelesky shopping online.when I received the products it was not an actual one which show on the tv.So, I called they said we are not going to return your money do whatever you want to and start using bad language.they guarantee money back .i complaint to the women cell regarding this and also in the consumers court.i request all don't buy any product from this website please they are fraud.

Dont buy the tele sky brand products, this is cheated and fake company, they are promising for return the product, but they are not responding while returning the product, i have called 100 times, but they are not receiving and they are sometimes receive and they are cut the phone that listen the returning from customers side. So, be alert and give the wide publicity about the tele buy, and i am also going to file the case in customer forum, and we will get result in up coming days..
