Health & Glow — change issue & attitude towards customer

This incident happened @ health & glow, dvg road, basavangudi, bangalore - 560004. My phone number is [protected].

I bought a product which cost was rs. 135 and rs 7 bag. So the total was rs. 142. I rendered rs.200 and i did not have rs.2 to offer at the billing counter. The lady at the billing counter, soumya asked me for rs.2 which i did not have and did mention her the same. So the lady hands over rs.50 to me and tells me the bill will be provided in sms format to your mobile number. I asked about the remaining rs. 8 and she directly tells me "give me rs.2 i will give you rs.10". So for the fault of me not having the exact money to offer the lady i need to spare my rs. 8? Why cant the lady spare rs.2? After making loud noise, the lady goes to another counter and gives me rs.8 with the attitude. This is my money and that lady thinks health & glow is providing free services to all?? I did inform this to the store manager but they obviously protected the lady telling she is new. There is no appology from the lady, but she has a big attitude telling she cant render the change.
Health & glow this will mark you guys have lower ratings. If the lady would have told me or given me a rs.5 chocolate and told i dont have change i would have walked away. This created a scene in the whole shop.
