[Resolved]  The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. — Non - receipt of policy certificate

I paid my current year's premium in the month of March,13. However, I went to CMC Vellore in the month of April for a check-up. As I got back to Kolkata, I received the I.D. card from Heritage Health TPA Pvt. Ltd. But till date I haven't received my original Policy certificate even after contacting my agent repeatedly.
