I ordered a medicine from the healthmug.com on 8th december 2018, the website said if i opt for cash on delivery i'll have to pay 50rs as extra charge so i prepaid in full online to save those money. I was showed that i'll receive my medicines by 11th december 2018 but i received an email on 10th that my medicines are dispatched and will reach to me by 13th december.
Now even after 8 days later i've not received my medicines though i've already paid the cost. Neither the website is not showing the option to cancel my order. I've contacted the website on customercare but they don't pick up the phone and after submitting online complaint on the website thrice they replied that they've raised a ticket and the issue will be resolved in 72 hours, just like an auto generated one.
Now, they're not even replying to my emails. I've been frauded by them. I also wrote that they've delayed enough now i want to cancel and take my refund but they don't let me.
