Heloocart — fake watch delivered against ordered original titan watch.

Hi,
This is to inform you that last 16 th dec.18 i gave an order of a titan chronograph white dial men's watch to heloo cart. My order id was 5101409.
But today (22/12/18) i got the a fake, low quality, unbranded watch what i did not order. I would like to return this fake watch and like to refund my money.

Please look in to this matter and kindly to resolve it asap.

Sir,
I ordered fossil watch from Heloocart and got a product which cannot be called a watch.The order cost 1179 rs.The deliveryagent is not taking his phone.sir please look into the matter urgently so that no others are fooled by these people.
