I tried to return it with company return policy but company website not receiving any mails i tried so much time [protected]@heloocart.com i also tried to contact trader contact no.[protected] but number is switched off

Please collect the watch and refund the same.

Product delivered but watch not delivered . The parcel was emty . Ordered on order id 5097539.rcfcrnce id HCR13514 the product delivered is very cheap and less priced one . immediate steps should be made to take back the product and refund money.i had ordered a fast tract watch and paid rs1366.received is emty. This is to inform you that last 16 th dec.18 i gave an order of a titan chronograph white dial men's watch to heloo cart. My order id was 5101409.
But today (22/12/18) i got a fake, low quality, unbranded watch what i did not order. I would like to return this fake watch and like to refund my money.

Please look in to this matter and kindly to resolve it asap.

This is regarding the complaint about titan neo analog blue dial men's watch delivered on correspondence address which has been ordered dated on 20/12/18 unfortunately today i have received a normal men wrist watch instead of titan watch which is not same as per order i'd -5101267.

It's really painful for me to afford rs.1778 to buy such a poor quality product from hellocart.

I had ordered titan neo analog watch but i got wrong watch. I have registered complain against same product to support team but they haven't give any reply.
I got phone call from support team but after two days i am trying to call him then there phone is switch off. So, request all the customers don't go with hello cart because this is very # and fraud company....
