I have ordered Fossil Chronograph Silver dial men's wrist watch under order number HCR14011. But unbranded watch delivered to me. I have sent mail to [protected]@heloocart.com and [protected]@heloocart.com but till date no reply is received. Contact details also not available on website. Procedure about refund is also not clear on the website. There is not complaint mechanism. The photo of the product which I ordered is uploaded herewith.
