Heloocart — got a wrong product on 28th nov, 2018

As per my order i ordered titan neo analog blue dial men's watch on 23rd nov, 2018.. I even received their confirmation text messagw with reference id as hcr7821 and order no.4876806.. I received my order on 28th nov, 2018 but the order was not the 1 which i made.. It was totally a different local product..
Due to this wrond delivery of my product i request heloocart to refund my money or deliver my product by taking the wrong deliverd product.. The site even does not show refund option anywhere..
The site ia totally fake..
