Hero Cycles — Break shoe n the basket broken within a year

Dear sir, I am Arti Chaturvedi writing u from Bhilai, Chhatisgarh. I have bought the cycle HERO MISS INDIA in December 2014 from a dealer Singh Enterprises in Bhilai city of Chhatisgarh. The break shoes of the cycle are completely wore out. The front basket completely broken n the chain broken two times. The seat of the cycle was broken.
