1. I have Purchase the Hero Howler Cycle Frame No(Y20G73068) 15.09.2020(Bill Invoice No 3781 ) From akar & Company(Shop No.245-248, Kishnpole Bazar Jaipur).[Ref.No.1]
2. I have visited for first service Akar & company Owner of akar and companies is not solving the problem, many time I requested to him please solve my problem but they decline the request for the same, I have found the rim band Suddenly in this cycle and they demand to money for solve this problem I have under warranty segment of 1 year. [ref.No.2]
3. Company Owner using the abusing language with me by telephonic medium for the same concern. (Ref. no.3)
4. Jan 26, 2021 7:13 PM I have sended mail([protected]@herocycles.com) and informed via tollfree customer care number Related my problem.(Ref. no.4)
5. Meanwhile time I have daily follow up 5-6 time by customer care they told me I have arrange return call but no return call come in 24 hours.(Ref.no.5)
6. Jan 31, 2021 17:45 I have share all Bill copy of bicycle including snap video for the same.
7. Feb 03, 2021 11.31 I have reminder for the same but no positive revert for the concern team.
8. Feb 04, 2021 14.26 I have called to customer care number and mail also for reminder the concern.
9. Feb 08, 2021 14.59 I have logged the complaint consumer forum docket number is 2550595.
10. Feb 17, 2021 1.05PM I have reminder for the concern but no revert concern authority related to issue.
11. I requested to hero representative be arrange the store my home nearset location (harish cycle, Manoj Cycle)but they can provide the service store in so far location to 15 km at ganpati cycle gallery.
12. Feb 24, 2021 4.40 PM I have confirmation for the visit the store as per given in mail and request to your representative via telephonic medium arrange an another cycle a period of time when you will be resolved the issue and pick and drop factuality for the better convenience.
13. Feb 26, Feb 7.13 PM I Have called to your representative and get conformation for visit and ask to him please arrange a another cycle and pick and drop facility for the same because the store is so far for me.Your representative called me I will be follow up our team and get back revert of this concern asap.(Ref.no.13)
14. Feb 27, Feb 7:24 After Passed 24 hour I Have called again to your representative they simple say no arrangement have been done by our policy no follow up taken by your team.(Ref.no.14)
15. Feb 28, Feb 3.30 I have visited the ganpati cycle gallery and requested to check cycle they checked cycle and resolved the issue in 30 min and told me it working now fine and please takeover your cycle .(Ref.No.15)
16. When I check the cycle issue still remain I have call the owner of ganpati cycle store and they check cycle again and told me please give me cycle and I will update after 24 hour. (Ref.No.16)
17. Provide me details for future bicycle service which store proper time and date format.
18. I have share all the E-mail of hero cycle official mail([protected]@herocycles.com
[protected]@hmcgroup.in, [protected]@herocycles.com, [protected]@herocycles.com, [protected]@herocycles.com in respective dates.
19. I have facing issue last one month but hero cycle not give the proper solution I’m bear my time and cost last one month who is responsible for the same.
Please reply this notice within 3 working days otherwise I will be go with legal and compliance for the same.
