We had purchased hero electric optima in the month of august 2018, during the purchase the vehicle was running in a good condition from 2 months there was a problem in the battrey and when came into notice we contacted the dealer, he is now stating that battrey replacement takes more than 15 days and not even sure of the number of days to replace the battery and now without the vehicle it's been very difficult to go to college or tution. With given all the hopes given by the dealer had purchased the vehicle and now where all the services are full filed is it takes more than 15 days just to replace it???
