Service Center is not providing satisfactory services for the issues arising in my Hero Electric Optima.
Body parts of Scotty often keep coming out and lock system of dickey is also not working. More than three times these issues have been brought into the notice of service center but no action is taken.
Kindly do the needful.

We had purchased hero electric optima in the month of august 2018, during the purchase the vehicle was running in a good condition from 2 months there was a problem in the battrey and when came into notice we contacted the dealer, he is now stating that battrey replacement takes more than 15 days and not even sure of the number of days to replace the battery and now without the vehicle it's been very difficult to go to college or tution....
