I have purchase a new scooter from Subham Moters, Sahkar Road, Jaipur on 28/March/2019 on exchange offer. I have exchange my old maetro scooter no RJ14DJ8809.
I have made lot of request to store manager for hand over me transfer/surrender papers of my scooter. But I haven't given it till now.
The invoice of new scooter is attached herewith for kind your reference. Kindly provide me transfer/surrender papers of my two wheeler from the Agency.

    I have purchased hero bike splendor plus from New Delhi shiv ganga automobile showroom. I got very pathetic service.first when I got the bike they give me very bad condition without cleaning after waiting 4 days. After that I called for number plate before 1 day they you can collect the same from showroom. Today I went there but they told come tomorrow I also requested so many times but they were not cooperative.i m very upset to see there services.

      My bike Splendor + (Model :- 2017) performance is Ridiculous.
      I faces problem in allover bike system e.g. wiring, headlight, wheels, fuel average etc.
      No one cares about our bike at service time. i have done my last service at 04/05/2019. I`m not satisfied with the service.

        I gave my scooty to hero service center annapurna road...
        When I gave scooty patrol is full then they take me back patrol was decrease to half tank..I complain for this problem but service man can't listen me...and behavior of servicemen is not good..they don't know how to talk with girls..
        I want back my patrol or money for patrol...

          I hv serviced my splender plus, model 2017, viechle at hero service centre at dhampur, district - bijnor, u. P. On the date 16 april 2019. After the service i noticed battery not performing properly. When i go to service centre, i hv found that bettery has been replaced with old one.
          I opposed against it they declined and suggest to change with new one.
          Please checked and look into the matter.

            I purchased a new Passion Pro yesterday from Neha Motors Akurdi Pune and find that the front wheel of bike is woobling and is not properly aligned.I told dealer about it but he is saying me to do adjustment. If my problem not get solved then I have to take help from Police. Regarding selling of Not tested and Faulty bikes.

                Hi,
                My scooty (Pleaseure up25bh4151) is standing in hero agency baheri since 2n may 2019 for petrol leakage problem due to issue with float pin. I visited nearest agencies (Haldwani bareilly) for this but not found anywhere. When we visit baheri agency staff says that they have orderd for this but still there is no result.

                We are facing problem but not getting any solution.

                  Dear sir,
                  My hero glamour 2017 dec carburator model have some engine issues. I bought the vehicle from vega motors puthoor kottarakkara taluk kollam district kerala state. Some noise occured from the cylinder head (Valve noise). These issue starts from 13000 km. At the time km is 18400. I reported this complaint at janram automobiles kottarakkara taluk kollam district kerala state. All free service done with oil change. On reporting time the service consultant says these noise occured while running as normal. But i didn't believe that this is a normal noise. These noise increases abnormally. But i reported again and again to janram autobiles. They have no responsibility to solve this issue. So please do needful.

                    I bought a hero passion x-pro from aditya auto agencies in nagpur. A problem of fuel leakages started in first day after that i feel engine heating after 2 to 3 km drive and also pickup of bike is not good. I visit several times to aditya auto service in nagpur but problem not solve and in third servicing the engine open and change crank, piston and cylinder. My bike is only 2000 km driven. Please get the problem fixed for me or replace the vehicle with a new one.

                      I bought a hero maestro about a year ago from jalaram auto, surat. It worked well for about 15 days. After that a problem of fuel leakages started occur in frequently. First time i had got it fixed in the company office in jalaram auto. Them the vehicle worked well for thee months. Again the problem of fuel leakages occurred. The registration no of the vehicle is gj 05 sb 4457. The vehicle has traveled about 4000 km in one year. Kindly get the problem fixed for me or replace the vehicle with a new one.

                        I buy hero duet s4 model in april 2015 and since begening i am facing problem about starting of vehicle after regular servicing. Means may be they are not doing good service or have defect in vehicle.

                            Under which the company had guaranteed many parts including batteries
                            When there was a problem in the battery, i told you in your shift dealer and the employee removed the battery from the first bike and used the battery in my bike.
                            Such work has an impact on your company's goodwill
                            After this the staff there treated me vulgar and my battery was not returned and returned to me that you have no warranty and guarantee while my bike is still in warranty or guaranty

                              On last april i bought mastro from this showroom by giving down payment of rs. 35000 & take loan of 30000. But the person name maulik paramar from simandher finance, ahmedabad did fraud with me and take 10000 rs in his name and did the loan amount of 40000 instead of 30000.
                              I was not aware of this and i come to know after 12 months that my loan is not over yet and i have to pay 10000 more.

                                Dear honda team,

                                I purchased activa 5g from rohini honda sec-3 dated on[protected]
                                I get first service done in rithala honda & i reported below three issue on dated.[protected]

                                1. Lock issue.
                                2. Mirror loose issue.
                                3. Average issue.

                                In first case they replace lock but i found some scratches on its body after some time the lock issue occurs again.
                                I raise complain again in rithala honda service center & again they replace lock next week. But after 2-3 days but lock problem occurs again 3rd time & i l again complained in rithala honda. They told that problem is from vendor side and ask for some time an tell as they will get new lock they will replace same. It takes 30 to 40 days to replace for third time.

                                One day scooty engine suddenly off on the road and i was unable to start scooty. I complain in rithala honda (Talk to ms. Priya) & they checked and found battery nut loose issue, after some time i heard some sound from back side of scooty & i get it check in rohini honda sec-3 & engineer checked & fixed the same.

                                2nd services also done in rithala honda (30-sep-2018) & reported below issue.

                                1. Headlight issue.
                                2. Left brake light issue.
                                3. Average issue.
                                4. Kick issue

                                After servicing i found one new problem created. While speeding up scooty. I got some sudden jerks regularly & head light & kick issue remains unresolved scooty not started smoothly through with the kick.

                                In total 4 month since i purchased my 5g activa opened 4 to 5 time & repaired.in every 2-3 weeks it creates new problem. So i have totally very disturbed, tired unsatisfied with performance of my new 5g activa.

                                So i kindly request you please replace it with new one. Otherwise i will take legal action.

                                Ms. Pooja & priya also know all the issue. Now i can't bear these prob.

                                  I am facing a big issue of starting problem continuously in Glamour FI from 11 days. From 28 April'2019, 3 times I went to service station every time they said about new issue and they deliver to me but problem is not resolving and I always facing the same problem.. Sometime they say about petrol issue, battery issue etc etc. So please it's my humble request to your reputated Company please replace this model with old one. I will be much happier. I always ride on highway, if it doesn't start then I stuck on highway with helpless hand.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Myself, balasudhakar banda from hyderabad. I'm purchased hero passion vehicle recently at jai sai motors, mallapur, hyderabad, telangana. Those people are said that purchasing time, on road price is 70000/- including registration and all, also am paid extra charges for t/r, now they are asking registration charges extra, how you people are cheating customers like this. I want an explanation about this, if you are not respond on this, i will file a charge sheet on heromotocorp in consumer court.
                                    Do the needful asap.

                                      I have purchased splendor i smart + from nanda automobiles gandhinagar on 14/03/2019 but till date not received the service book. I have made complaint on toll free number till now there is no revert from there also.
                                      Very bad service from a esteemed company like hero.
                                      Insipite of repeated visits & calls no revert form nanda automobiles gandhinagar

                                      my toll free complaint no is[protected] which till date is not resolved or non of the customer care executive have reverted on this complain. every time its said that your complaint will be resolved in 24 hours and will contact u in 24 hours more than 24 days have passed but till now your companys 24 hours have not been passed
