I have purchased a new hero duet scooter on 1/10/2019 (Sreeja saji, thannickal, karimkunnam) and delivered to my home on 5/10/2019. The handover of the scooter made with our absence. I have seen only the scooter on 6/10/2019. At the time of checking the following defects are noted.
1. The colour of all fibber parts changes black to gray and white
2. Body colour of engine changed
3. Scratches and rust are seen in the metal parts (Side stand, center stand etc)
4. Rust are seen in the side rim, bolt and nuts, springs and underside of the body.
So totally it is not a new one. So i request to exchange the scooter
Now the dealer not willing to exchange or return money

      I've bought hero destini 125 on 27th february 2019 from sudhan motors, perumanallur. And its been 9 months i am riding the vehicle. Its getting off while riding and i given to service at sudhan motors, perumanallur, from where i bought the same. They found the engine mistake and its not been rectified yet. Three days back i have met with an accident due to the same. The vehicle gets off while riding. I need an answer for this. How the engine will be in trouble in just nine months???         Facing much problems in motor start in the day to day life, after every 15 days we have to call the service centre for help. Every time when we go for some ride, it never starts when i stop the bike.
        I don't know how to deal with it.
        From 2nd month after purchase of this bike i am facing very much problem.
        Please solve this issue.
        Every time the executive come and what they check we dont know, just they come for time pass, and not giving us the better solution.

        I purchase passion pro bike purchase dated 27.12.2018. But this bike always shows disturbing me from 2nd month of purchase for starting problem, auto stop running time etc for riding. After this today 8.10.2019 automatic breakdown on road with my luggage at time of riding. How can i do at present. Please solve my issue. My ph no is [protected] Jharkhand.

        Hi Team,

        Still waiting for the response...
        Not getting any help from your end, we are facing problem from 2nd month of purchase.
        It seems to be the manufacture defect and all this fault of Hero company as they sold their defective product to the customers and the customers have to pay for this.
        Why don't you connect to the Globe Automobiles- The so called Franchise of Hero company, ask them to resolve this issue otherwise they have to pay for it.

            I am anju sahu. I had purchase a two wheeler (Glamour 125) on 11.7.2011. I had completed 2nd service. Today when i ride the bike the chain broken it self on the road and dealer point is 10km away. So when i open the chain cover i found the chamber also damaged partially. What can i do and what type of vehicle hero is producing. Chan also damaged. So change my chamber and chain at your end otherwise i make a consumer case against you. Delear mobile is not working today. I had tried to contact but failed. Sotake necessary action. If you want then i send the photographs.

                Respected sir/madam,
                I made online insurance of my bike hero hf deluxe jh-22-c-1003 at www.icicilombard.com and my transaction id is heroil[protected] for the amount of rs 1965.00/- which is paid on 19 may 2019 through icici bank credit card. But still i am not receive the document of vehicle insurance policy.
                And because of this, the police department has done my challan too.
                Because of this, i have faced economic and mental problems.

After that, i came to the nearest hero's service center, anand hero motor, kashi more anpara, sonbhadra uttar pradesh pin-231225 i went many times but no response was given from this heros service centre but during this time i also complained about it in hero toll free number [protected] but they have not taken any action till now.                     Dealers are not ready to take payment through paytm inspite of the fact that hero is giving offers on paytm payment. They are saying that please give them cash only. They even do not know about this offers and they have put the hoardings and ads on their showrooms but don't have knowledge regarding payment through paytm. I have even gone to moradabad district but same problem everywhere.

                        I complaint about the back side shock absorber. It is damaging the chain cover while moving, which should not be correct. This complaint was lodged yesterday when i went for the first service to my bilke. Service center staff not cleared my problem, when i checked the bike, the problem is being same. That dealer staff is not behaving well with the customers. They will tell simply "this is company problem" so we can't repair it. Who will slove my problem.

                          passion pro i3s model

                          I am using my hero passion pro i3s model since 2017 and facing some problems
                          1) the main problem was chain spocket its very badly sounding i am repairing but again it will remain same.
                          2) bike was not taking the self start while it was in 1st or 2nd gear.
                          3) sometime i3s switch not working properly sometimes bike was in idle mode the engine were is remain on on mode...

                          Please see this type of issue...

                            I want to know, i am buying hero maestro 125. Dealer is adding incidental and delivery charges apart from ex showroom price.
                            Is this charges beared by customer or dealer overcharging? Ex showroom price is 63000/ and incidental & delivery charges 750 approx added by dealer and says it is mandatory. Is it legal or illegal?
                            I took quotation from other hero motocorp dealer they didn't add that incidental charges.

                              महोदय Hero duet number UP91M0910 का रेगुलर सर्विस कराने के बाद भी लगभग इंजन में कोई न कोई खराबी बनी ही रहती है।गाड़ी खऱीदने की तारीख से अब तक 2 साल हो गए है जिसका इंजन एक बार हीरो एजेंसी राठ हमीरपुर में बनवाया भी जा चुका है।इंजन दोबारा ख़राब हो गया है।
                              इंजन बार बार ख़राब होने के कारण अत्यधिक परेशानी होती है अतः महोदय से निवेदन है कि गाड़ी का इंजन बदलवाया जाये।

                                  I purchased a new bike from gupta automobile kasia road padrauna kushinagar uttar pradesh on 13 aug 2019. Till date dealer didn't processed the registration process of my bike hf deluxe ibs.
                                  In this time period when i asked him about registration he tell me lie that he had processed the registration process and i will got registration no within a week.
                                  The dealer is doing irresponsible, unprofessional,
                                  And fraudulent activity so kindly cancel the dealership of such dealer.

                                    I from rajkot metoda 360021 my bike puted since 3 days but executive not repaired till and when i visit for asking no one can give me properly answer. When i asking he is give me wrong time shedual and when i go for pickup while he is telling me this is not our service time. And not answerd proper by anyone authorised.

                                    When i called main dealership rajkot but it is not given me properly solution and cant get any responce so...

                                    Dear sir/mam,
                                    I have purchased maestro no. Mp-04 sy-2456 (Neelam singh) from hero varenyam padmanabh nagar raisen road bhopal in june 2018 but still rc book not received. I am facing problem since last 15 months. The rto deptt in showroom telling everytime that we wl provide soon.

                                    Pls look into matter. How we can use vehicle without rc book.
