I am Bhupesh, a former employee of your company Nagpur.Employee ID- N32019. I was working from 24 Feb 2020 to Feb 2021.
There was no issue with the work was fluent in work but due to a serious medical issue, I was advised to take complete bed rest by the doctor. I had discussed this with the manager to release me on medical grounds but the manager denied it completely. so I had decided to serve the notice period and provided all the medical documents at that time, I had it with me. After 14 days the condition got serious and the doctor warned me as the condition worsen day by day and I had no option but to leave the organization as it was a night shift and informed the manager. After several days contacted HR for the documents and he told me the time duration for experience letter is of 60 days to process. I had contacted him after the time period of 60 days HR is now telling me I have absconded and they can not provide me the documents i am continuously in contact with HR i have provided all the medical proofs but still haven't heard anything in a positive way.
