Hike — hike wallet refund of money

I have added 5000 rs in hike wallet by credit card on 25 decmber 2017 and now i am try to withdrew money it will not work says after 31st december 2017 but this date is over then also it shows same. I have posted many issue to hike support but they are not responding anything. I want my money pleas help me and tell me when hike wallet withdrawal option work or not. Was this information helpful? I added 8725 to my hike wallet and tried transferring to my bank account.But it ended up in vain stating could not be transferred to bank account. tried reaching the customer care but they cleverly providing us communication only through online portal and we do not have a customer service number to reach them.
