Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Demanded extra money for delivering gas cylinder

I am writing to report an ongoing issue that I have been experiencing with the delivery of my HP gas cylinder. On multiple occasions, including my most recent delivery on 11th April, the delivery person has demanded extra money of Rs. 10 (sometimes they demand even Rs. 20 or Rs. 30), and has not checked for leakage. This has been happening for years.

I request that an appropriate action should be taken to ensure that this behavior is stopped immediately. I do not require any refund, but I request an apology and a guarantee that this will not happen again. The delivery person should not ask for extra money and should thoroughly check the cylinder for leakage.

I have attached a photo of the delivery person's signature, as I do not know his name.
