Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — HP LPG Consumer #664234 - My mobile number assigned with another unknown customer

Dear Sir, I was trying to refill my HP LPG cylinder through IVRS and the same was getting cancelled. On further checking with distributor (Indu Gas Agencies, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, 560064) today (07/06/24) came to know that it's due to multiple connections under my mobile number. On further checking realized that my mobile number is tagged with another unknown customer (Consumer #645883 LPG ID: 2 [protected]). Requesting concerned authorities to look into this matter and remove my mobile number from the consumer number mentioned above and also unblock my consumer number at the earliest. I also opened a case with HP directly CAS[protected]J7S2N2. Attaching herewith the screen shot o[censored]nknown customer cash memo with which my mobile number is tagged.
