Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — non delivery of gas message received

Address: Plot 48 Sai ram Nilayam, Railway colony, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500026

Received messages from hpclis stating that "our delivery man tried at your address but failed due to house was locked. Delivery will be attempted again". Our house never be door locked.
I tried to contact the distributor point but they will not lift the phone any time for any reason.
