Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — Scam at petrol pump

Today I went to refill petrol to HP Petrol Pump, Sec-51 Opp Mitr Hospital, Block B, Sector 51, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. After filling fuel i took free air from the pump itself and person said your tyre seems puncture. Then he removed the tyre and said valve is defected so he changed that and asked for Rs 350. But then the real scam started. He filled excess air and told me he need to fill extra to check leakage. He found 5 puncture all on side and repair them for rs 300 each. He took Rs 1500 for 5 puncture for tubeless tyre which is almost new. This is scam and i want HP petrol pump to refund my money as I went to refill air from HP petrol pump itself and it is there in there petrol pump itself.
