Home Maid Service Chembur — Fraud Maid/Cook service provider

Last month on 9th Aug 2021 I was checking various sites like Just Dial, Sulekha, Quikr, etc., for cooks who shall come home & cook food. On the same day I got a call from Nidhi Sharma, PH-[protected], of "Home Maid Services' ', Chembur informing about the availability of a cook as per my requirement (Due to some condition at home needed a cook who is Hindu-Brahmin). For hiring she shared her company details & registration form for submitting the same along with bank details/Gpay/PhonePe number for making Payment of Rs. 7000.00 for placement of cook in a week time (same enclosed for your ready reference) on my whatsapp no. I tried to talk in to payment to be made post cook placement but she informed me it was as per company policy & would be refunded in case of any issue.
Believing it to be genuine, I submitted the form & made the payment. on 10th Aug 2021. From 13th Aug 2021 onwards I started receiving calls from cooks from Airoli to Badlapur & Titwala but none of them were as per my requirement. This continued for almost 10 days. When I stopped receiving calls, I inquired with the firm but they informed me they are searching & shall share details in a couple of days. Later they stopped even picking up calls & would revert only when they felt so. I messaged them on whatsapp to revert but i got no response from them. Frustrated, I informed them since the cook as per my requirement is not being found, kindly refund the amount paid. Post my message I got a call informing they are searching for a suitable cook hence need to wait. This went on for a week. Though I got a call from a cook, since the pay demanded was higher than what was agreed in the registration form, I informed the agency on rejecting the same. Thereafter I called them for a refund but got no response. On 4th september 2021 some other person received the call. On questioning on refund she flatly refused the same & informed a cook shall be sent by Monday. I have been trying since morning for the same but I am not getting any response.
