Dear sir,
I Hakim khan of cuttack purched one Aiptek DVT 285 ON 26TH MAR 2010 from home shop 18 vide invoice no 21632 by cash on delivery for Rs3599/- by courier.On receipt of the product i foun d it was defective.I contacted the home shop18 they advised me to return the product.Iretured the product on 9th APR 2010 by corier First flight.POD No is U79320812.Iam very sorry to inform you that inspite of my several reminder they did not respond or return back my money till date.they are supposed to return back within 15 days as per there adv in TV.
please look in to the matter and do the need ful to me

    I had placed an order for one 1 Voltas Vetris Platina 3 Star Window AC from Homeshop18 on 20/4/2010 vide Oder No.[protected] for Rs.15500/-. I was foolish enough and have made payment of Rs.15500/- through my Credit Card as I was informed by the customer care of Homeshop18 that the product would be delivered at the most within 6-10 days. On verification from the "Track Your Order" option of the Homeshop18, I could see the information that the consignment has been handed over to the Courier. This is the position for the last 10-15 days. On enquiry over phone (14/5/2010), the customer care informed me that as the consignment is big and heavy, arrangements are being made to get it delivered locally, instead of sending it through courier. Then again on 18/4/2010 another lady executive informed that the delay is due some problem going with Voltas Company, but now everything has been solved and the AC would be sent after necessary packing, and for that due care will be taken since the product is heavy and big, through courier within a day or 2 and I would be informed over SMS about the Courier Company, despatch No. etc. and the AC would definitely be delivered latest by 3rd May, 2010. But till date (19/5/2010) the position is the same, and I am waiting for the delivery.

    One strange thing is that none of the customer care personnel know about the actual position. They have been trained to give wrong information. The "Track Your Order" position informs that the Consignment has been handed over to the Courier Company; one customer care official informs that the product would be delivered locally and then another customer care executive informs that the problem is with the Voltas Company who has failed to deliver the product.

    One thing Homeshop18 should remember is that I have already paid for the product and they have not yet delivered the same within the time frame, which is not good business. Moreover, they should never give false assurance, and they should do their homework correctly, before giving any information to the customers. The next thing is that they should never advertise for selling any product, if they are not able to deliver it within the set time. They are not doing good business, which is a shame for them, in spite of all the big names that are sponsoring them.

    I only hope they will send the AC in the perfect condition, but God Knows When. My advice to the other shoppers, NEVER BUY ONLINE, because all these online companies do not keep their word. NEVER, NEVER fall into their TRAP and buy online. Spend a few rupees more and buy from a reliable shop from your town or locality and have peace of mind.

      Product received on 6/11/2009 at bhopal, which was unable to open pdf. & txt. files as mentioned in its mannual, from the beigning & conecting, charging cables were also missing, regarding which I complained to HS18 first time on 8/11/2009 through phone. After continuously chasing HS18 till 16/11/2009 on phone their executive told me to return product to their vedor Alpha Radios. Then I returned their product on 17/11/2009 , which was received by them on 18/11/2009. i.e within 15 day moneyback Guarentee period. But after receiving the product they denied that they received the product back till 10/11/2010 they accepted that they received it when I had provided them Proof of delivery. After that they insted of returning my money back, they had send me replaced product on 16/02/2010. I again informed them that the replaced product also has the same faults as the original product.

      I returned back their product to Home Shop 18 on 23/04/2010 which was received by them on 24/04/2010. But after that 25 day has elapsed but they did not retuned back my money.

        Pls note we have ordered 1 whirlpool washing machine on 16.03.2010 through Home shop 18 but till date the engineer has not visited our place for the demo.

        We are continously follow up with Home shop18 & Whirlpool, but fail to receive any positive reply instead that we are getting false promises.

        Hope you will take necessary action.

          I have purchase a AirFone Touch Screen Mobile Phone Model No: AF22 from HomeShop18 in the month of Oct, 2009. Below are the details of the problems which I faced and help me how to get the refund. Also the Airfone Mobile is with HomeShop18 since 6th Feb and they are not providing the refund:

          1. I have provided the initial feedback about the phone on or after 14th Oct, 2009 but there was not response from HomeShop18.

          2. Received the notification from Vodafone on 28th Nov, 2009 that the mobile phone is not having valid IMIE number and called the HomeShop18 and got the confirmation that mobile is having valid IMIE number and I will not face any problem. I went to business trip and phone stop working because of invalid IMIE number and I was totally disconnected for 5 days and it was a huge loss for me because of not proper action taken by HomeShop18 when I have called on 28th Nov, 2009.

          Also the mobile was having few other problem because of these problems I have returned the mobile to HomeShop18 on 1st Dec, 2009 and expecting the refund. But HomeShop18 send the mobile only chainging the IMIE number and other issues are remained same.

          3. In the Month of Jan the phone again stopped working when I was on business trip and retuned back the phone on 6th Feb, 2009. The HomeShop18 is insisting to take the same mobile phone which got repaired twice and it is having the lot of manufacturing defects but I am expecting a refund.

          Can you suggest me how to proceed so that I get the refund.

          The mobile has been sent to the Exortic Corporation on 6th Feb, 2010 expecting a refund since the mobile is not in working condition for the second time and mobile is still with the Exortic Corporation or HomeShop18. I expect a refund for the same at the earliest.

          I had a many discussion with Exortic Corporation Head and HomeShop18 Customer Care and Back-end department but there is no proper response. Now HomeShop18 is totally stopped responding to any mail communication which I sent to them. If required I can send all the mail communication and the complaints written to HomeShop18 and Exortic corporation but there was not even one single written response to my complaint letters. I expect a refund because of the in-convience caused because of the mobile phone not working and the response taken for complaint to address is 4 months and it is still not resolved.

            I HAD PLACED A ORDER FOR. Sub Order Number [protected],Product = Blue Drop Heavy Necklace Set with Filigree & Glass work by Sonaria Jewels, Order Value (Rs.) =Rs.1200/- when i went to website and ordered it looked good when I RECIEVED I WAS SHOCKED IT IS THAT 20 RS METAL WHAT YOU GET ON MUMBAI FOOTPATH... I HAVE ASKED FOR MY REFUND,... THE CUSTOEMR CARE TEAM COMPUTER ALWAYS HANGS.. I THINK OUR GOVERNMENT IS SLEEPING THEY SHOULD BAN THESE COMPANIES AND GIVE US MORE RIGHTS FOR CONSUMERS THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY 25 TIMES THE PENALTY OF THE PRODUCT... IF CUSTOEMR GETS CONNED.. GOVERNMENT LISTENING??? OR WE HAVE TO KEEP WRITNG FOR EVER!!!!

                My name laxman karekar.
                I was ordered drill machine on 8th april 2010 and on 19th I got that. but It was defective. then I register complaint with homeshop18 and request for replace the drill machine. but they have procedure to first send the drill machine return to homeshop18 then they will give me another machine.

                then as per procedure I have booked with TNT courier service for return the product and give me docket number. but still they are not pickup the product from my home for replacing. and I got harsment in that.
                My lots of works are pending.

                  I bought a MP3 player from Homeshop18 a 8 months before.When I got the packet from courier I paid the bill amount.hen I opened it ,I shocked seeing that it was broken in tow peices.I called to Homeshop18 (phone no [protected]) they asked me to send it to Hyderabad( to their vender) and I done so.After 1 month I inquired to Homeshop18 about the replacement of MP3 player,they said that their vender have not received the MP player which I sent to him,Although He (the vender -AMS exporter,Mr Sandeep Vig, Hyderabad.) got it from the courier.Now I mailed the proof of receipt to Homeshop18 ,and yet they are not sending me my MP3 player to me.In this way they making us fool and robbing the people like us.

                    I have purchased a 6L geyser polar company through home shop 18 on 29 /nov /2008.order no[protected].on the time of purchase they told warranty is of 2 years and the same is mentioned in the warranty card also.i have ordered the product in my native vidisha and i was in bangalore .when the product came it was in tampered condition and its cartoon and 3 pin socket was broken .my mother recieved the product than on jan 2009 i came and saw that the product was not working and on connection ,it is leaking ,then i calles to customer care they told to take to the service center,but there was no service center in the bhopal region ,they told and didnt take any action ,furter complaint given on july 2009 and no response was there ,than i came from bangalore on again march 2010 than i called than they told as there is no service center in bhopal region you bring the product in bangalore as there is service center, or you send the product to us via TNT COURIER.Then i bring the product in bangalore than again i called than they had given some wrong no and none of the no is working than i told that i send the product back via TNT courier they denied and telling that the warranty is of 1 year.i have warranty card mentioning 2 year . every time i called they will say we are forwarding and escape.they have cheated me and forged me,my hard earn money goes to drain,caused mental trauma.please dont buy any thing from home shop 18.
                    I truly agreed with the above customer, as they send the damaged product either they have to replace the product or to give service to the customer .Home shop 18 customer care is not able to solve customer problem . they harassed lot of customers, there company should be closed and stringent action to be taken.

                      I have purchased an Ice cream Maker of Softel Company from Home Shop18 , I was not satisfied with the product. It is always told by Home Shop18 that if product is not upto the satisfaction level of the consumer then the consumer can return it back & money will be refunded. Home Shop18 has sent the TNT courier person at my home Place & picked the courier. I have already deposited 1799 Rs to Home Shop 18. Now the
                      Home Shop 18 is not returing me the money & harashing me.

                      Home Shop18 — not satisfied with their working process

                      My order no. is[protected], order date is-18th Nov. 09.
                      They people said that they will deliver product in 7 to 8 days but today on 5th day your stupid executive called me for verification only. They have not dispatched till now.
                      their stupid executive is not interested to work any more he has no manners how to talk with a female customer, when I asked his name he refused to tell me his name this is not the way by they can make customer.
                      This is my first and last order to HOMESHOP18. because they dont have rational executive and right process to deal an order.
                      when you can deduct amount on the same day then why are their executive waiting to pass on 5 days?
                      I am not satisfy with your executive statement and why he didn't tell me his name. is he fraud? No efficient and expert person is available for serving the customers. They does not know the value of customers and ethics of business.

                      I am going for holidays that's why I order for DG cam, but I don't think you people would be able to deliver it on time.
                      its better if they cancel my order and give my money back.

                      Home Shop18 — Didn't get usb connectivity software cd

                      I bought a fuzezone dual sim phone (Model no. ASE 18+) from Home Shop18.They didn't provide USB connectivity software cd. Without that the phone is unable to connect to my pc.Also only 1 sim functions on it and the other doesnot respond. Kindly tell me some solution.

                        i have purchased a touch screen mobile from home shop 18
                        After 20 days it has problem with touch screen, it was not working
                        after complain i send it back for repairing with all accessories, they told us that they will send it back in 20 days but the return it after 36 days after 20 call from us
                        this time mobile was damaged, there is no accessories, no battery, no charger nothing, its screen was totally scratched.
                        again we complained after 10 days accessories are there to are door... but but but one battery missing, battery charger was damaged.
                        when we complain again for that there is no proper response form there side i m tired of calling them again and again

                        product - cheep and worst (some applications in mobile shows that it is china made and the print of indian company of printed by cheep screen printing )

                        I have bought quite a lot of products from Home Shop 18 and I have never ever faced a problem with the goods purchased so far. May be I am one out of the extra ordinary. However, I would request Home Shop 18 to not only look into customer complaints but to expeditely solve them and keep their reputation.

                          We have ordered electronic car (Toy) on 4th March'10 which was received us on 8th March with the damaged condition hence we have send it back after confirmation with call centre person of the Home shop 18..We have received letter along with the product stating that 15 days no quetions asked money back guarantee.. But till date they have not yet given us the refund also not getting any positive reply from call centre people..

                            Hi All,

                            Please beware of the Homeshop18 cheats. never go and buy anything from them. these guys are just cheating. On 13th of Feb 2010 they showed a very good offer on Homeshop18 channel potraying to sell a Whirlpool Microwave and some 50% cash back. we booked the Microwave and a message was sent instatnly that your product will be delivered in 7 working days. 14 days passed nothing happened and when we call there call center they are highly irresponsible and unprofessional people. we kept on calling to the call center but did not get any resolution. then they promised us the product will be delivered in 10 days. and to our surprise they called us after 40-45 days ie 25th March and apologizes that your order cannot be honoured and has been cancelled and the money will be refunded. when we refuted that we need interest of 45 days they do not have any answer and states that it cannot be done.

                            These ***** are cheaters never go and book any product on there site or over phone. they have only one motto eat interest on innocent people's money and then return the money. so friends never go and waste your money and time with these . if they show a really good offer on TV channel be assured that will never get delivered and you have to run for your money. These guys are just shameless people.

                            I am planning to give a complain against these . if any one have any idea regarding this please let me know.

                                    Hi Mr. Sandeep,

                                    I am Neeraj Patel from Bangalore I bought duel SIM mobile product code 45049(Airfone Duel SIM Flip 29i) and received the product on 28-Feb-2010.My order number is[protected]. The product worked for 2-3 days and then development an issue of invalid SIM. The Customer care representative confirmed that its due to IMEI number issue in the product and confirmed that product will be replaced with in 24 hrs of receiving the faulty product. She also confirmed that courier person will come to collect the product by next day.

                                    I had to call customer care again as no one came to collect the product this time the customer care representative gave me the TNT courier contact number with my customer code and asked me to send the product.

                                    I received a call from some local vendor at Bangalore that bring your product to our service center and we will what we can do about it.
                                    I again contact the customer care and the person informed me that we cannot send the replaced product next 15 days or you take this product to local vendor for repair. I was not ready to go to this local vendor 1. I didn’t not trust if this is authorized vendor 2. He is very far from my place. So I informed customer care person that I am sending back the product to new Delhi address and I need the replacement ASAP as I am not able to use the product. I couriered the product on 13-Mar-09

                                    I received the product on 23-Mar-2010 with broken screen and the mobile is not even starting.

                                    I am very much disappointed with HOMESHOP18 first you gave me a defective product (IMEI number issue). Then I have to call customer care multiple time to report issue and now you send us a product which is broken. How you expect customer to trust you. Hope I will get the correct product for which I paid my hard earned money.

                                    The complain by Mr. Neeraj is absolutely genuine and correct. Its not an issue with the operator or the service provider. The is issue is with Airfone and your products are defective. I purchased the same model phone from ebay and when I receive the phone it worked for few hours and starts to show invalid sim. I changed the sim from airtel to vodafone and its the same. Also, i tried my friend's idea sim but its still shows invalid sim. I contact ebay and they replaced the product within 2 days. And to my surprise the replaced product has the same issue. So, its a defect at your end as your product are cheap and below standard. I have learnt a lesson and decided never to buy an airfone product and will suggests everyone to keep away from such product. Now, i m using other branded product and the same sim is working perfect.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have ordered for an Intex DVD player with 5.1 home theater system from Home Shop 18. The product got delivered to me after around 10 working days of booking and that too one of the speakers was in broken condition. I have also launched complaints to the Home Shop 18 regarding this so many times. But the response time was too late and not satisfactory. They have asked me to pack the damaged speaker and call their courier partner TNT to get the package collected from my place. But we have called twice to the courier people but not body from them have come to collect the product.

                                      I would appreciate your quick against these people as i am really fed up now the kind of negligence done from them.
