Hi,
I have purchased branch new Honda Activa 6G on 3rd March 2022 after 2 months of purchase colour is getting faded, i raised same query to dealer they din't response to my problem. I think i have received wrong product plz help me out on this issue.

            Fork assembly is not fitted properly so many times i asked to the dealer they not given the solution for the problem, am holding the hadle bar in straight but the tyre was facing the right side position and the dicky is also not working properly lock, really am not satisfied with honda motor.

              My vehicle today on 30/9/2022 while it was running suddenly got stop and never got start again, upon checking it at your honda dealer it was observed that engine oil had got over and bike his been locked, I had recently on 18/08/2022 had shown the engine level issue to yug honda showroom &they had solved the problem and assured that engine oil level problem will not happen again, but today again the vehicle is in major issue due to some problem.
              Also in the month of March 2022, due to engine oil problem vehicle had been locked and the issue had been resolved than but still the problem of engine oil level remains the same.
              I never expected this kind of service & manufacturing defect from reputated brand like Honda, it is very disgusting &pathetic from honda
              I request you to please solve this issue permanently or if it is manufacturing defect than please replace the vehicle has bike his just 2yrs old &this is 2nd time vehicle has been locked after running of just 14000 kms.

                PLEASE HONDA DONT MAKE FAULTY BIKES

                after purchase brand new unicorn feels like buying second hand bike. I am facing many bike issues just in four days.
                First I write about my bike oil leakage problem and engine over heating problem at just total engine run about total 62km.
                Then I go to next day to showroom and talk about bike issue they changes the oil seal and they assured me that your bike is not give you problems anymore.but but bike problems keep increasing. At day 3 bike giving white smoke at total 74km. In addition of that bike handles pulling bike right side because of that my right hand start paining

                Yesterday i call Honda customer care after writing an email to honda2wheelersindia your guys give me Ticket no[protected].
                After that kaizen Honda showroom solapur call me and said that we can't change the bike and this is not possible because of our copony policy rules and regulations.
                After that I send him bike video regarding to white smoke at total 74km.
                But no reply from kaizen Honda showroom solapur.
                PLEASE HONDA TAKE THIS BIKE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

                    I buy activa 5g std modal in 2019 and also i buy 05 years shield additional warranty now i was facing humming sound in engine ... i ride 40 above speed activa humming sound active i drop my activa in punjab honda service center they told me your 05 years engine warranty not work just because o[censored] do not oil change in our service station and u not service your activa in our service station so your warranty is not work..

                    They gave me a quotation for the engine part and I agreed to change my engine part but now the sound does not stop.

                    i write everyday one mail but nobody answering to me and many time contact to customer support but my problem is not resolved...

                    I need a clear solution from your side if you are to give me a full claim of my problem all amount in policy otherwise you give me full refund against your invoice no.gj[protected] rs.2866 amount and also refund of my purchase policy amount. My old engine part still has not been received from your side. If you give me a full refund I will not accept my old part just because I don't know there was a part or any other bike damaged engine part. I clearly said please give me my old part but your service person is not available so i do not accept my old part..

                    I need Humming sound solution on an urgent basis...

                    many times i follow up but nobody answers to me so this is not your good service...

                      I'm Rohit Kumar from VISAKHAPATNAM Complaint regarding Activa 4g servicing why there is a mandatory of engine oil service added in normal bike servicing it's our choice either we need to change the engine oil or not how can the management of Honda forcefully force the customers by simply saying engine oil is mandatory or the bike servicing can't be done. This is not at all fair I'm saying you it's our wish our money wheather we want to change it or not.I will raise this issue.

                        I have purchased honda activa 6g on september 28. IT'S NOT EVEN MONTH and my vehicle has not travelled 500kms also. currently it has covered only 250km. I get call from dealer saying i should get it serviced immediately. If not i lose the first free service option it seems. But why so hurry? what service are they trying to give when my vehicle has not even travelled 500kms.

                        This was not expected from service providers. At least i should be given time to cover 500 kms and then go for service.

                        And am not happy with the arrangement of vehicle. They haven't fixed it properly. It looks loose arrangement at many places. There is gap in the seat storage and left handles. when asked for it, they said it will be addressed only during service and i should get appointment to get it addressed. The attitude of the staff is horrible.

                            Hi this is srikanth manideep challa I have an unicorn bs6 vehicle I goes to local service center because an irritating sounds comes from my engine they solved in 2 days at that time i goes to my home i notes that there was an oil (engine oil) leak from the engine bore then after i again visit the same service center they open the engine and sad that the bolt of an vall was gone, the part is not available it takes 4 days, after t days igo to service centre they sad the part is still not available it takes another days, finally thay delivers my bike after a month, the vehicle condishon was too bad, chine spocket was gone, front fork cops gone, and even the tire pressure was nill, I gave my bike with 9 liter of fule they gave me almost empty tank, I ask them what is this how these problems came from because when i gave to them the vehicle is good condition only engine problem, i ask them how this all problem comes from the sad that they dont know, so i sad that complete the work i pay for that all so they sad put the vehicle and come tomorrow in an rude way of talking, the service quality is very poor and the worst

                                Service is not done properly by Bhavna Honda showroom, also not washed clearly,
                                Staff had rude behaviour to me this is not good for customer, staff is behaving good before buying a vehicle, after buying they had not listening and egnored to us. providing shameless customer service.
