I have purchased honda grazzia from kabir honda showroom ballabgarh on 4th dec 2017. But it has been more then 50 days. I have not recived my rc and no. Plate. Once they said they dont know when the rc will come. The showroom people have stopped picking up my phone calls. Its pathetic and biggest mistake of my life to purchase scooty from this showroom. Moerever the showroom people don't handle customer issues like providing documents and bills timely to the customer during the purchase of the vehicle. First they said the bill could not be generated within 2 days and they will provide the bill at my home themselves. When contacted they said will take a week and i have to come to the showroom to pick the bill. Moerver i have not yet got my complete asssessoriez of the scooty till date. Please see to this matter and resolve it. If possible cancel the licence of the showroom (Kabir honda ballabgarh).

    I pankaj moni gogoi, purchasing a bike from rahul automobiles
    Galaxy tower, a. T. Road, naliapool, dibrugarh -786001, assam, on 04/07/2017, tile date i am not received my registration certificate, i had paid r. S 7004 for reg. But dealer is not responcing to my problem. Kindly solved my situation, plz action on dealer, dealer was miss using the rules. Plz help as soon as possible.

          I have honda activa schoote, today i give my schooter for service to honda authorized service center located at hiran magri sector 4 near jain temple. I suggest for oil change, break shoe change and rear lamp bulb.

          But they only wash schooter and tight the breaks. After sevice schooter run very heavy i check front wheel at home it is jam after service. After service i check rear lamp it was not lighting becoz they not change bulb after my complain for this they immediately change bulb.

            I purchased one 4g activa from your authorized dealer, suvam honda, saheednagar, bhubaneswar on 11.12.2017. I was quoted with the following price break up which i adhered to.
            Ex-showroom-rs53425
            Rto, road tax &others-rs5494
            Insurance-rs1691
            Total-rs60610
            However your price via internet are rs51460, rs3687, rs1500 respectively.
            Rto and other expenses as per their rc-rs3206.
            1. May i know why this disparity?
            2. Barring other break ups, when i inquired about the dispa rity of the rto expenses of rs5494 and 3206, they could only give a hand writen receipt
            Mentioning as rto & trade..
            3. How come a trade tax is chargeable to a consumer. If so, why they are not providing me with proper receipts.

            Please look into the matter immediately, otherwise i will be constrained to move to the consumer court making your company a witness to it.

But within a week my self start was repaired, while contacted the showroom in thoothukudi, tamilnadu they have replied that battery was down. Before 2 days i asked the thoothukudi showroom dealer to replace the battery, but they are not replacing yet. Again they charging battery, i want new battery.

                After an incident i somehow took the vehicle to the dealership so that it can be fixed under insurance despite of the fact that insurance was done by dealership they asked me to collect the vehicle back by giving money for damaged parts and we'll be getting the money back from insurance company as the policies have been changed since the gst kicked in. I denied that i won't be paying except the file charges and justified charge. They said that you can come back later and then i can talk to manager or whoever i wanted to talk to. As because of some work i'd to leave the town so i thought will talk when i'll come back.in the meanwhile i talked to our insurance agents that they are asking for insurance money from us, so they denied that there are no such policies. Went to dealership again i asked about it they said that they'll give me my vehicle back after 2 days as some d o was supposed to be done then i can take my vehicle home without paying.
                So, went there after 2 days they denied for the delivery of the vehicle. So asked at honda customer care for the complain and ask if there are any such policies they arranged a call from back end team. Team asked about the instance and hung up the call saying that they'll revert back.
                It's been 9 days there no revert back from the team. Every time i call customer care they just say-"sir, please wait this case is in our high priority list and will revert you back by 1700 hours in the noon". This is been happening from 9 days.
                Now i'm so sick of this. Never ever in my whole life will ever purchase any thing from honda and will not ever recommend anyone else to buy one.
                Kindly help. If you guys can.

                  Last month on dec 5 i gave my honda activa to your showroom
                  As the vehicle was facing starting trouble in both self and kick start and other minor mistakes of sounds coming from other parts of the vehilce eg front sheild, etc
                  I was returned the vehicle after servicing the vehilce
                  They putted new amco battery newly changed oil and etc things
                  They charged me around 5500rs
                  Which i paid by cash and i have the bill against all that
                  No card payment was accepted
                  Really shocking
                  Later after 15days my vehicle got same problem as before i gave it for service like vehilce starting trouble and minor sounds in and around vehice
                  Now if i show the vehicle the person not responded the vehicle
                  Telling the battery is not working
                  I am really fed up by the answers given by them
                  Please do needful

                    Hi team,

                    Today i had discussion with your jsp honda service chennai ambattur supervisor regarding the battery issue and he is trying to convince me that it would be happen for some of the customer and we will recharge the battery and handover scooter. I request him that battery is under warranty and need only replacement battery. He informed that we are using certified battery with exide and amaron. But the faulty battery was place in my scooter and it is not acceptable. He said i will be handling the complaint will close this issue mention that no issue with battery.

                    On 22nd my scooter was not starting up using automatic, choke, and kicker. I pushed almost 1 km near to local mechanic shop to check the issue. He identify that it was battery faults so i request him to do some thing to start the vehicle and he has charged the battery for less than 1 hr after that i drove my vehicle to jsp honda service they have given me false information and handover the scooter next day with out changing the battery.

                    I had a word with few mechanic regarding the battery and they informed that it should work minimum 2 years with out issue, ever you drove the vehicle for 14km (Or) 100 km. It is good for the battery.

                    I do not how you recruit this guy as supervisor.
                    He asked me the below question.
                    1. You might turn on the vehicle for long time or indicator might turn for long time.
                    2. Local mechanic might used non standard device to recharge the battery.
                    3. We do not have policy to replace the battery.
                    4. If any issue happen with vehicle we will not replace instead we will try to fix.

                    I informed to that supervisor that i am using this vehicle for past 8 month, when ever i reached home or office i used to lock my vehicle so i dont think so it will be on for long time.

                    I have attached the local mechanic who used the device for charging and it has happened less than 1 hr that why i can reach to the service center.

                    If he checked my battery before then it will show dead and device which is used to check will shown red. But he has charged the battery for whole day and he tested in front of me stating that it is working.

                    For example: you are spending more that 10000 rupees for new phone and it has 1 year warranty. One fine day it is not working so we used to check whether the battery is charging or not, then try with different adapter to check it is an issue with battery, phone or adapter.

                    If it seems to be battery issue, shop or manufacture will replace the battery not recharge and given to you.

                    I do not want to wait till warranty to expired for the faulty battery. If it is more than 1 year i am okay with charged battery but it is less that 8 months old.

                    Only request i need is to replace the battery and i am expecting some positive response.

                        Last saturday i have done my honda shine service at manikonda hyderabad showroom. While servicing i told about my front disk problem and they told, this because of disk pads, and i asked to change the disk pads. Evening i have collected my bike but the problem was still persists. I asked mechanic and he told, pads dong have any issues and we did not changed. Again i asked they what is this sound, they told something was gone, come on monday we will repair. Again i went on monday, now mechanic told, this was because you have done repair at out side so that this is like that... Actually still they don't even addressed the problem and they don't understand the problem. Very very poor mechanics manikonda hyderabad branch has. Please do needful.

                            I recently serviced my bike from honda service center, and after that, there's a sound of friction between the disc and brake shoe when the brakes are released.

                            I have changed the brake shoe, but still its in the same condition. After riding for a while you can touch and feel the temperature difference between the rear and front brakes.

                            I my bike's pickup has gone down and the mileage too.

                              Hi this i karthick, left service of my activa 4g fot service, and at the time there is a scratch and that was marked on job card, it was fine, but on front mudgurad there is no scratch and also not marked onjob card, but on the time of delivery after asking about that scratch they are telling that it was already there and they are poving at their point of management of their service centre, im completely disappointed about it, am not going to service on the company service herrafter and i need a proper action to be taken or warned about doing their service properly

                                  Honda company gave statement about growth of their company sales and profit constantly from 1999 till dates.. Does company feel that also there is customer role in this growth.., if yes, than does it matter to company about dealers who's response, attitude and service are worst for customers.. Plz follow up soon about my previous complaint about Kaizen Honda, Ichalkaranji.

                                  Sir, With reference of complaint no. 1-[protected], it's too annoying for me that a company who claims to be top two wheeler company in Indian market is taking plenty of time to resolve my problem and issues.
                                  As previously stated, is company really concerned about customer satisfaction, or so called customer care. I got call from your call center and they claimed to clear issue within 24 hrs, but the problem remains to be continued after 72 hrs.

                                  As reaction from me against company service issues, i will now start publically voice raising about company systems, next reaction will be stated you prior.

                                      Maine activa 4g april me ki thi 15 dec ko accident hone ke bad maine n k honda rewa me complain kia larkin abhi tak body ka part nahi aaya aur phone lagane par bola jata hai check karne ke bad batayege aaya ki nahi. Ab to phone bhi pick nahi karte. Itni ghatiya service aaj tak nahi milo.

                                        Dear mr. Xyz,

                                        This is bhuvana here from sanpada who by mistake bought honda activa from bhavna honda showroom which is at nerul.

                                        Before this issue, i aur raise complaint against the horrible free service (Within 1yesr of the vehicle purchase) that honda service centre at bhavna honda had given. Post my complain the people at service centre collected my vehicle and rectified it (Unsatisfactory service once again) and handed over the vehicle back to me. I had wrote a mail regarding this too for my records and them closed it. Another most important point is that there is no respect for the customers from manager as well as the service guys would attend teh customers.

                                        Now, this time i met with an accident on 23rd of dec and got few parts (Body of teh vehicle) of the scooty damaged with dent and scratches. Thus i decided not to visit nerul service centre but teh seawoods one which is recently opened. There i very clearly explained to me. Tushar that i met with n accident and want to claim it through loyal from where i have taken the two wheeler insurance. Tushar checked my vehicle, and prepared a job card for the repair which had items that can be claimed and few items taht cannot be covered in the claim. I left the vehicle at the workshop on 7.1.18, the third party surveyor came on 8.1.18 to examine the vehicle and approved the job card after detailed discussion with tushar the same day.
                                        I got my vehicle back on 13.1.18 and i rode my bike back by paying the amount of 14000 that was raised my teh service centre without even asking a single question due to the trust that i had.
                                        When i was riding back home from seawoods to sanpada, i realised that the vehicle is losing its balance when i move to the right or left. I immediately took teh vehicle to tushar on 14.1.18 without delaying and told him teh issue, to which he told after testing the scooty by riding it taht there is no problem at all.. It's just that yeh air in teh tyre is less. Thus i again trusted and got teh air filled and got back the vehicle.
                                        The next day i took the vehicle to my office and again i could feel that there is something wrong with my scooty and immediately called tushar and spoke to him. The next day (17.1.18) took the scooty gain to his shop and the a again he repeated teh same process and said "kuch problem nahi hain, wahi hawa ka issue hain". This time i didn't listen to him and told him to get it checked by teh mechanic, and then the mechanic said something called bush is damaged due to which this issue is occurring.
                                        Tushar said i have to pay 500 rs addition to get it changed.

                                        So now, my issue is that i won't pay a penny to this service centre because i am being fooled completely.. Hope you understand from the way the service centre.
                                        And another thing is that, my vehicle was in a good condition while i handed over the vehicle to get the body repaired/replaced.
                                        And while taking it back, this fault was identified.
                                        Also, it's just been 1.25 years i have bought this vehicle, how can a technical thing become non-functional so soon.. Even after is handed over teh vehicle in a good condition.

                                        I need a resolution to this issue because i am taking my scooty to my work sometimes and till today i am scared to ride it as i feel i will meet with an accident due to the issue that has been created by your service centre.
