I made payment for full paid service with engine oil change... They only greese wheel axel rod & change the oil only. Here all the the customer have same complain about their service... Please do the needful action. As we relly on Honda company product as same as that we want to relly on service too..

    Sir, i purchased honda dio deluxe scoooter in January 13 2021 at srinivasa honda, Davanagere, karnataka 577005, they asked to select the bike, so i selected but they didn't give trail, ok, after they delivered the bike so i took and ride to my home, i was experienced that bike was dragging one side, i think handle &tyre alignment missing, immediately i went to showroom and explained the same, but they checked and told that it was correct, so simply i came back to home, next day my wife and son had same experience of dragging on side, again i went to showroom, same response, again i went for first service, same response,
    My son fell down two times and myself and my wife fell down once
    Sir they are not responding to our problems, i showed the bike to outside garage, they also experienced our problems and told us to go to showroom,
    Sir the bike has either manufacturing defect or may be misalignment, but they atleast repair the problem, whatelse i have ti do sir for this type of response

    Dont loose your company repuation by this type of dealers, first customers satisfaction should be your priority, telling problems to showroom is just like going to government office daily, wearing of sliipers but no workdone

        The Vehicle which i received from authorised dealer is an absolutely defaulted vehicle. It has several technical problems inside. From very first day of my purchase to till date, most of the time it was parked at service center for various reason well known to the service mechanic only.
        From very first day i was not able to drive the vehicle to fullest optimum utilisation level. Every time i was supposed to use it for immediate requirement purposed it use to developed lots of techainal fault inside and it stops immediately till the technical issue from service center gets resolved.
        I am sad to highlight this pathetic situation which currently i am facing due to the faulty vehicle i was given by an authorised dealer of honda company.
        my purpose of getting the vehicle does not get fulfilled due to this technical issue continuously facing by me.
        you will be surprised to know the very bad condition of silencer which was supposed to in black colour during vehicle running is actually gets complete hot in fire pickup red colour and it resembles lots of heavy fire resulting it getting the silencer into very very hot metal. incase by accidently my legs touch with it, the Iam bound to get the major accident issue.

        The Next Major issue Iam facing is Vehicle PARTS needed for servicing. Everytime they use to give only one excuse that due to unavailability of major parts of the vehicle, we could not repair and resolve the technical issue.
        Iam forced to park my vehicle for so many days sometimes it is almost 6 month's plus that bike gets ideally parked at the my home. I have lost almost all my hard earned money due to this faulty vehicle

          Hello, I have this problem from 2 months and more then 5 times I given bike to showroom ...last 2 times they are saying change the petrol pump because of jerking problem ...I changed the petrol pump ..then also coming same problem.. 2 times I changed the petrol pumps... I am sure this is not petrol problem this is engine problem ... my brother have same bike but he didn't face any problem ...I am requesting to government please solve my issue ...I want to file a case against company I have all proofs ...thank you

            My name is Midhun surendran and am the owner of honda unicorn BS6 for the last 4 month, i bought this vehicle on 31/12/2020 and 4500 km driven, today I face a dangerous problem from this vehicle and i escape from death by luck.
            Today while driving this bike i lost the brake, back brake is completely lost, nut and bolt, rad, spring every thing are broken, i need a perfect solution for this issue.This is a majour issue for me so kindly do the needful.

                    Before 6months(not exactly) i given my bike (which is a Hornet 160 R ) for general servicing at Vayalat Honda, Thripunithura. At that time they suggested me to do de carbonization, because the vehicle run 40000+ . So i agreed it and they serviced my bike and given back. After getting my vehicle, what i felt is that lot of heat from the engine side. Initially I thought that the servicing people put a lot of vax at the engine side, that's why this much of heat is produced. ( This is another bad thing they are doing :- Putting unwanted melting vax at the engine side). Then gradually I recognized that there is a lot of heat from the engine side. Before two weeks I again given the vehicle for another general service. I mentioned them there is a lot of heat I'm feeling from the engine side, there is a small sound from the back side and the vehicle has some missing issue. After one day they called me and said something like there is a bent on the sink arm, so that I need to replace the Sink arm and the mono shock and some other parts something like spark plug and some parts I need to replace. So I said okay please check the vehicle completely if anything need to be repaired or replaced. They said it's ok no need to replace anything other than this and this service cost around 7000 rupees. I agreed and taken the vehicle from the service center after servicing. Then directly I go to a tire shop for changing my rear tire. After taking the tire by removing the axle, all ball bearings from the shaft were fall down. I was surprised. I called the service team and asked about it, they said something like "this kind of thing will not be happened" and on the next day one of the technical person from the service center came to the tire shop and rechecked the vehicle and find that the bearing is broken. I told them to take a vehicle to service center and recheck at the vehicle. After rechecking they said there is no further issues the vehicle is okay right now. (one of the the worst thing I saw there is that, checking the engine temperature using human hand, there is no equipment is available for checking the temperature). What happened is that after 150 kilometers I'm feeling some sounds from the rear side and I can feel some jerking at my foot peg also the vehicle has more than earlier missing. while that time I was in a travel to a destination around 200 plus kilometers so I given the vehicle to a service center after 500 plus kilometers travel. I asked them why this kind of issue is happened they replied me like this vehicle is already travel to more than 500 + kilometers, there will be wear and tear that's why these kind of things is happening. They trying to blame on the customer. Actually this situation is happened just because they are not doing the service properly. (they are not checking the wear and tear of mechanical parts, even a Vernier caliper is not used). Again they asked me to change the chain and sprocket and I need to pay around 1500 for that. I said OK then replaced with that. At that time also I said please re check the vehicle completely. They said no problem again the vehicle is completely perfect. While I am travelling back to home again I am feeling the same missing issue so I called them and take the vehicle from here and revert me. I took the vehicle from here now they are saying something like I need to change some other parts as well I said you are doing the trial and error by changing part by part now almost all the parts are changed within a simple service except the engine and fiber part so I don't like to pay any more it's purely because of your servicing issue. I asked them why you didn't find out this kind of issues earlier. For that they said there was no issue like that earlier that's why they didn't do like that (actually it's a blunder answer) a common person can understand that they are simply doing the trial and error mechanism for servicing the vehicle. Servicing a vehicle means not repairing the vehicle after it's got damage, it's like preventing the damage. Even after the vehicle got damaged they are not able to find out the reason that's why they are doing this kind of trial and error mechanism. I am totally fed up with them that's why I contacting Honda directly. I registered a complaint to Honda before 10 or 15 days back for that also I didn't get a proper solution. Now the vehicle is at the service center and I need to take it from there because they are not providing any dropping facility right now (but while pick up the vehicle from here they said something like they will drop the vehicle at my home). What they are asking is that again I need to pay for replacing some other parts. I totally fed up with them I lost the trust with them I am not sure what they are doing this is the fourth time I am continuously giving this vehicle to a same service center within 2 weeks. please find a proper solution for this. (one more things
                    happened, because I complaint against them with a Honda now the CRM of that service center had a personal Revenge against me.)

                      I was purchasing activa 4g before 3 years ago.but vehicle spare part quality is very bad. I m facing issue every time.also my seller gave me faulty manufacture peace. Honda company provide only 1 year warranty.I am not satisfied with services and product this dealer also.
                      I also visited every time in honda service for servicing but that time also no body tell me about the my fork board issue.please help me solve this issue

                              Honda SP125 Bad rear suspension

                              Taken this to the service center, shocker is good itsemms. Then why the shocker is too hard even for smaller bumps.

                              I am feeling back pain after buying this bike.

                              I have given my bike to honda service in thirumangalam for few immediate requirements which are break, head light, silencer, front both sides dent, and clutch. I clearly Explained the concerned person to do only these required services, but I was literally forced to replace the body parts with the new one which was not at all required for me. I received the call the same day I again reconfirmed that I need only 5 requirements and not more than that. After the service I found head light was not fixed, and it was broken. I did not ask for engine oil but they charged me, silencer was polished for 600 again it's not my request. I did not ask for general service but they have made it and charged it. I want to take severe action against these rude managers who can not even handle these issues or listen to the customer's request accurately. I want my money back which was paid for unnecessary services.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that, I gave my Honda Unicorn bike for brake rectification service. While I told the service person that brake is creating some noise while applying. But even after service also the noise is still there. They gave some lame excuse for noise. And again today I went for service for the same reason, they are telling that some fault in brake shoe, pad and all blas. My question is why this isn't been informed to me during the previous service itself. I gave service at Haritha Honda, Anna Nagar, Madurai. I am sorry to say that I wont be servicing from your agency hereon.

                                      Whenever I Go There for servicing my Activa 6G Scooter.. There is not any rules and regulations..Not Any Prepared Technician and air compressor also not working here..And The Last Touch up of my scooter I see 2 Major scratches on both side of my scooter... Technician did not open the side steel beading before servicing Scooter..Beading screw makes Dark Scratches on Scooter...
                                      Worst Service center in this city.
