Honda Cbr 150r — My bike facing problem with gear and engine

I have purchase a honda cbr 150 r 6 months back and not once not twice but again and again the gears are stucking and the bike is in disarray and it has gone twice to service center for repair but of no use since this is in warranty period and bike totally facing heating issue from first day, service center told me on first serive bike is ok, but issue same here, i want this bike to be replaced. Please help me in this regard as dealers are just not helping me.
