[Resolved]  Housemaidforyou.com — Non receipt of the refundable registration amount

Please email your registered Name/Email and phone number to [protected]@housemaidforyou.com. If registration fee is not refunded, I am sure team would have had a good enough reason to do that. However you have mentioned here that you registered and then found a maid and asked HMFY to cancel the registration. Refund policy is meant to protect customer's interest in case of company failing to provide services.

I have interviewed quite no of candidates within 7 days after registration and couldn't found a right one.However, based on my urgency and situation I hired a maid which I got reference from my apartment society.

Perhaps, one should always read the Terms and Conditions before making any payments or entering into any agreement.

Seems like HMFY has a one-sided NON-REFUND POLICY. Read the PAYMENTS policy under Terms o[censored]se
