Housing Society — AGM meeting of our building

I wold like to complain to our society not listening to us want to make wall where there is know use Building is open from all side and back side of building there is road builder has given to door for four house and society want to make wall I am ok with just asking then to give one exit for all four house they are not ready to do so

Please help me how to shop them
