My top flat internal wall's plaster and pop with furniture getting damaged due to rain water seepage through external wall cracks near horizontal beam. I had repaired internal damage in last but again damaged due said external wall cracks. I have approached committee members with issue and following up since last 4 months but they are not listening and asked me to do it at your cost. Society will not pay for this issue since issue is with single flat.
Since external wall is under common area i can not rectify the issue. Kindly help here what action should i take. Was this information helpful? |
